...Hmm...something about the lower arms. Can't quite place it; incorrect shading or foreshortening? There needs to be a little more something to show that the lower arms are slanted back; right now it seems like they're on the same plane as the hands/body/upper arms are. I could be wrong though...

It looks great, but i think you should turn transparency lock off before you blur, so it blurs outward too.

i used a gradient channel lens blur, there was no transparency lock I think.
