Hmm hmm hmm...Up for a little challenge?

While I might already have Ven drawn...the perspective lacks something.

You see, the ridge on his back is hardly visible. If you're up for something other than 3/4 pose, try drawing Ven, with mostly his back to the camera. That aside, any pose. You can have him look over his shoulder if you want.

Ref here! https://www.housepetscomic.com/forums/v ... 069#p35069

However...

If...you'd rather do something else, I have two other ideas...A pet friendly character that I have not brought in quite yet. It's a very...bright colored pet. RV veterans may know of this pet, but I'd like to keep as hush hush as possible.

The other option is to attempt my fursona, a wolf and cat hybrid. Of course, attached to that is going to be quite the detailed description...there are ways I want it to look.

So if you want to do either one of those, shoot me a PM.

EDIT: Ohhey, I'm behind...ATM, 11 people! XD

Good luck to you, Kyderra.

Kyderra can I request a drawing/avatars of the main character in my fanfic? I'm not sure if you've read it so I'll do a small description.

Name: Shadow
Species: Typical House Cat (he is a kitten)
Eyes: green
Body Colors: Black with white stomach, white tipped ears and tail with white paws (including feet)
Collar: Green
He also wears a necklace made of small black rope, with a blue orb on the end.

If you don't want to do it, or your too busy I totally understand :p

nor do I, but for some reason I felt like doing a fast drawing for him on DA.
The reason for this is because I like giving things randomly and unexpected, rather then going trough a list.

and your Number 4 at this point :)

Hmm, you do great work, and if you want to just do this, sure, I'd love to see something from you of Locke.

Information here.

to explain the ear shape thing, since prop ears don't seem to be common enough to find pictures of, here's one. They're just kind of flat horizontal and forward or to the sides.

added Lucky

I need feedback everyone.
This picture is my first attempt with Flash outlining, is it better or not? (check post/link above for old reference)
the lines are less tick, and more random, and it takes a bit longer for me to get right.

*(note that I am cutting down on the emotion packs to save time, if you want a emotion as avatar just ask.)

This is probably the best one so far, he's adorable! Although he is standing in a slightly...odd pose...whatever, he's adorable :3

Really, using Flash outlining seems to have worked well. When I look at the first one you did (Beta) there's a marked improvement in pretty much every way.

I believe I've tried using Flash for penning before. It forces each line to change width, but keeps them from from looking bumpy.
Using Photoshop for outlining is probably better. It gives you more control, so you can create a similar feel without the need to hassle with the Flash restrictions.
Flash does have the benefit of automatically sharpening the ends of each line though.

I agree, I still used photoshop to finish up some things, but overall, i like the look of flash more.
On the downside, I have 30 days left on my tail, so now I have a deadline.

O well, nothing motivates more then a deadline.

I was a little worried by the thumbnail, but when seeing it full-sized I love it. The expression looked weird in the super-compressed tiny version, but full-sized it looks great! You did a very good job with it. I also like the collar a lot. As strange as it is for a fox to wear a collar, but hey. They don't exactly walk upright either. :3

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it!

Hey, uh, yeah, can you um, draw Lyd for me? Hmm, and Robin?
Thanks in advance, info and stuff in sig and whatever.

I realize I never speicifed what Lyd and Robin were, except for the obvious cat/dog stuff. Robin's just a typical house cat, and if I have to say, Lyd looks most like King shape wise, (ears and height and stuff, just colored differently. Again, thanks in advance and sorry for any complications!
