Its Live action Role play done by players somewhere in Europe where they role play as characters from the game STALKER
which is basically an East European version of fallout 3, and takes place in Chernobyl, after a 2nd Nuclear accident that resulted in Anomalies,
artifacts and various mutants, and a STALKER is one who transverses the zone for either research, money, knowledge or exploration,
its a really good game

There she is! is one of the greatest flash series of all time. I never get tired of watching them.
Edit: Anyone who hasn't watched them yet should really do so now. They are just that good.
