For talking about images, videos, and all that other bandwidth-killing stuff. Put ALL your media-related stuff that is not similarly Housepets-related here: Stories etc.
Really nice work Buster. Such a diversity of awesomeness in Welsh's crew.
Yay, a character sheet for Mr. Blackwood! Complete with hat.
Well done on the poor little Dalmatian Douglas! Hopefully he can find some light in life as a Collier. And hey, the two of you match in that you have no tails... T-too soon?
Now here's a doodle I did featuring TheBlasterizer's OC, James McKade. Can you guess who the other 2 (3) characters are?
James: "Hey, you kind of look like someone my predecessor interviewed. It was something about a lamp."
one in back is obviously Alucard from Hellsing. the one James is talking to I believe is Kolchak, the Night Stalker, another reporter with a knack for getting into strange and dangerous situations. and that'd mean the reference in James' dialogue is to A Christmas Story because the dad and Kolchak were the same actor.
Yes, those indeed were the characters I was going for. I wasn't sure if anyone could tell that the man sitting was supposed to be Darren Mcgavin, versus Tommy Lee Jones with the way this sketch came out .

A commission done by a fur who goes by Nova Bluelight. Such an awesome piece, and he did a really good job making human me look like me! My first reaction: "I'm, I'm a cartoon!".

Douglas isn't my real name, but because of a name block put on me by a higher-order being known as Djinni, I can't say my real name.
Most important thing I've learned from D&D?
No matter how tempting it may be, as a DM I can't both present a problem and solve it.
Every time a DMPC or NPC fixes something a payer couldn't i'm diminishing and undermining that player's contribution.
Whelp, I've officially killed my joke about bad (furry) super hero shows and have more or less finished the picture. I had to take this from my phone, so it looks really grainy and dark, but hey.
Hopefully someone enjoys this a bit.

how in the world is a bat wearing a skintight outfit like that? the arms should be falling off and flopping around uselessly because the slit in the fabric necessary for the wings to work...

I see what you did there. Even worse, the villain's name is Pet-a-bite. So if they made the show into a movie, the title would be "The Furry-ous 5: Era of Pet-a-bite".

Sonia's suit stays on that way with the power of science/magic(k)... and CGI editing. They originally used spray-on rubber to stick to her fur, until they realized what a pain it was to remove between takes

or maybe she has piercings in her wings, I imagine it wouldn't hurt more than an earlobe or ruin the aerodynamic if they were close enough to the arm and they could hold the suit on.
a human earlobe doesn't need to stretch tight when fully extended though. that would complicate the piercing healing the same way cuts on the inside of a joint or knuckle take significantly longer to heal; basic motion reopens them and tears at their edges.

people get facial piercings, I imagine talking would reopen tongue or lip piercings the same way, and they seem to work fine. though it may have a slightly larger hole having a bigger effect on flight
On hindsight, they (I) should have just given her an Ironman-like suit with magnets and whatnot to keep it secure on her body.
...Or they could have given her my beach suit, specialized for bats.

So, uh, here´s a drawing I did of my character! I will color him in at a later date, I just wanted to get a chance to show him. Also, I sincerely apologize for the double posting, I will try to do it as little as possible.

As I gaze upon the stars, I realize how much I will miss this world.
Okay, so the colors didn't exactly come out well, but I tried. He is supposed to be light gray, but uh.....didn't show up on my scanner, so my loss I guess....
And yes, to my extreme annoyance, I am aware that he looks like Res, which has happened several times with my different characters. I swear, the universe is out to get me. I usually feel bad, and attempt to change them, but I am kind of sick of changing my characters from what I want them to look like to something else, so I am not. I like him the way he looks, and that's that. So, uh, yeah, enjoy, I suppose.
Huh, I haven't gone on a rant like that in a while....
