Some really great work! As usual.

I decided to flex my realism muscles a little bit. Was going to go into more detail with it but I got bored:

I see nothing wrong with it at all.

By the way, have you had a chance to think about that picture of Piper and Radar?

SCREW! I deleted it when I cleaned my desktop up. within the automobile. It was just a quick sketch and I wasn't all too happy with it. I might get around to doing it again, if not I'll do another pic with Piper and Radar at some point.

Oops. I hate it when I accidentally delete things. Did you check your recycle bin?

I was thinking I might do a picture of Radar with ears drooping and shrugging from that scene when she was talking to Piper in the shop too...

Yeah my recycle bin is set to automatically empty after a day if nothing else is deleted... I should really change that.
ANYWAYS!
Something I'm experimenting with. Though, I'm sick of doing Laxan. Might have to pick another character to play with. What you guys think of this style?

Well, the bottom half reminds me of "The Emperor's New Clothes".
The new style looks a lot more hand-drawn, more like it was done with a pencil and paper rather than a computer.
Both styles look amazing though, just like anything you do. ;)

You know, since you're sick of Laxan, you're welcome to draw any of my characters any time you like. ;)

I have my RP characters' owners but I've not really thought much about what they look like... I do have a story I wrote though which you could try drawing if you like. I'm not sure if I PMed it to you or not. Does "One Harmonica Playing" sound familiar?

Late hi there, Tatsuo. Long time no see :3 And who is that? :P

And Laxan, I like the new style, looks more like a freehand sketch with colours. Though... is her jawline really that prominent? Just asking.

Thanks, I'm still working on it. And the sharp prominent jawline is just the style. I take a lot of inspiration from : http://www.hdwpapers.com/walls/atlantis ... normal.jpg

Holy Crap Laxan!!! How do you do all that!? It takes me forever to create just one piece*Shakes hand at universe*

Alright just learning about shading here, so let me know where I need to improve. I know I know, I probably should have used some highlights, but I haven't learned about those yet =P. Just shading.

This is from a previous drawing I did traditionally a while back. I hope you like. The only light source in this piece is from the cybernetic eye. Everywhere else is pretty much dark.

Good draw, Kurowolfe. That's a good start and shading result, Tatsuo, but the light spot shape is unusual. Amazing work as always, Laxan, love the color smoothness and shading. ;)

Thank you sir, got to ask though which light spot? If you're talking about the cybernetic eye, I had no idea how to create one. I had to use some references from deviant art to figure out how one looks. Or are you talking about the light radiating from the eye itself casting the shadows, because I did feel like there was to much shadow and shading,... but I was having fun =P. It's amazing how much influence shading has.

Sorry just looking for a bit more clarity=)

And Laxan, wow you're drawing alot, keep it up!
(also, I wonder if we have enough interest to start the SDS again?)

Wish I had more to contribute, but been really busy, wife moved to FL to try a Disney job, work been a pain, BUT - I did manage to finally finish something you folks might like!

1. Yes I'm drawing a lot, I'm trying to improve and I've been off uni ill so had lots of free time.
2. I actually think you might be right. I'll talk to Starswifter, the organizer for SDS and see if he's up for restarting it. We might put a poll up and ask who would take part first.
3. Kweez is awesome. xD

She is rather pretty. You truly are amazing, Laxan.

You know, one animal I've never seen drawn Housepets style, despite the fact that they're a common pet is a guinea pig. I have two guinea pig OCs if anyone wants to give them a go. I'm willing to trade for it too. I'm pretty terrible at art as you've seen but I'll give it a go if you want. I could also do a short story or poem in return if you like.
