If only his hair was not pink, I could take it more seriously. ^^; But I must say it is not a bad drawing. Good job. :3

Frankly Tensa, there is only one kind of criticism I can give for that. It is at an odd angle, is Rita lying down or something?

I just can't imagine why his hair would suddenly be pink in one game, but I always thought that it was cool. It would be really distracting though so I guess i'm glad they took it back.

-Find a scanner!!!!!

Hmm....one of the things I suggest is try to make some of the lines a bit more thicker, because, at least for me, it is hard to tell some parts of the image from the background. Like at first I could not understand the snout of the creature since I did not notice the top half of it was there due to everything behind or near it holding the same shade.

That might be because of the camera
It's resolution is awful

While Tat's right that a scanner would, in the long run, get you better reproduced images, there might be some ways to get the most out of a camera. If what you're using has some sort of "text" mode, you can try that (on mine, at least, it essentially jacks up the contrast a bunch, which you could also try doing in one of a plethora of image editing programs), but no matter what, playing around with different lighting setups could help you get a clearer picture.

So I told Daggy that my origami book has a tutorial on how to make a Corgi and he asked me to try it.

This was my 2nd attempt 'cause the first attempt went bad and all. I also has to improvise on the tail 'cause the book didn't clearly show how to do it properly. I: <

This was how well I drew back in 2005.
These were from sixth period art class for my freshman year of high school.
If you were to look at the art that I have posted on these forums, would you say that my artwork has improved or that it has not improved?
Personally, I think it has improved.

@ Everyone: Thanks. ; w;
@ Xane: Yay! Origami buddies! *loves origami as well* And yeah, it really, REALLY sucks when the book is not clear on the steps and gets all frustrating and all. I: I learned most origami from the internet though my friend bought me a book called 'The Origami Artist's Bible for my previous birthday and it's pretty decent.

And doodle alert!

That is a really awesome drawing. I'd say that eight hours for a drawing this complex is rather fast.
What's more important is that the superb quality of this drawing
shows that your eight hours were well spent.

http://www.ratemydrawings.com/drawings/ ... 41399.html This is a new drawing that I just did in Rate My Drawings. I had fun drawing it. Edit: I noticed that the hair looks a bit weird as if it has this huge bump on it. I don't know why I didn't catch the mistake before I saved the drawing and submitted it. It was supposed to have a rather simple hair bun and that did not turn out well. I hope it doesn't look too terrible.

A consolidation of a few silhouette drawings I made using my own character, as well as a few volunteered by friends. ... Granted, they're probably not too recognizable for people besides the characters' owners, but I was still proud of having made them distinctly... Not-blobish. xD
