I agree with Tobee, this one is great. You might just want to thicken the line of the horizontal bar on the swing. It's kinda hard to see.

Also, the correct spelling is "enjoy" >_>

Thanks for the feedback, Alex! I'll get on it!

BTW, I spell enjoy as enjoi, because enjoi is the name of a skateboard company, and I think that it's a bit cooler than the real spelling. English is my first language, and I ain't stupid, so, if you see any typos, they're either on purpose, or are typing mistakes. Just to clarify!

Sorry, but I disagree with the color palette. They just don't strike me a Rick colors.
Honestly the only colors I really like are Peanut, Grape, and the wagon.
It's just like the reds are too red, the blues are too blue, the yellows, the greens
Up until the abstract background style, Rick's colors have all been very pastel and light, without so much vibrant pop as has been done here

Sorry, I'll see what I can do, but it's harder than it looks to come up with house colors, especially since this is the only panel I've seen with entire houses in them!

Perhaps, if you guys could make some suggestions?

Lightened up by suggestion of Obbl (thanks Obbl), and I think the overall finished product is much better than the last update both color-wise, and not-pixely-wise! Hopefully it's good enough!

Enjoi! (Yes, I know how to spell enjoy.)

Nope, here, compare 'em:

Well, I don't notice anything except the fact that he's not smiling, which is unusual for him.

Yep. It should be black, but instead it's brown. Also, he's supposed to have three toes like on the cast page, but he has four in this strip.

To clarify, I was using colors from earlier colored Houspets! comics, in which Peanut's paw pads are brown. Rick must of changed the color at a later date.

I just got me Photoshop 5. Yay!
Now, in order to start working as fast as possible on the strips recoloring, I need a written list of instructions on what to do. If anyone can help me, I'd be quite obliged.
Thx!

first thing you need to find out is how to use layers, once you understand how layers and multiply works, it's pretty easy.

here is a tutorial i posted before on how to shade, and it also tells you how to add a color layer.
http://necrath.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2h0vvm

The only real diffrence is that you select the correct color, and leave the brush hardness on 100%
Also, a nice tip is to hold Alt and click a drawing, will select that color.

Image

If you notice'd, i have two colors for some, the smaller dot means I use that color, and set the layer on overall.
I normally do this when the background is NOT white, but a shade of gray.
(like Peanuts ear and tail, and grapes overall purple fur)

Not sure if you can open this, (I have Cs2), but:
download link to one of my Photoshop documents.
Perhaps some of you can use it for reference's
