Interesting!
Latin is tricky stuff, there are so many ways to translate into it, but this looks promising. Bravo!

Re: Latin translation!
I want to see how you translate certain things; modern words for things like a television that wouldn't have true Latin equivalents.
Re: Latin translation!
I just noticed one thing: are you using a translabot?
In panel 3 Grape qualifies herself as 'magus aetatis', which should mean 'wizard of time', and NOT 'wather wizard'. This makes Peanut's joke a bit of senseless...

Re: Latin translation!
acctually, they do. the big fancy nerds decided "computer" was something like "computorum" and "television" was "telev something-or-other"CaptainPea wrote:I want to see how you translate certain things; modern words for things like a television that wouldn't have true Latin equivalents.

Re: Latin translation!
Haha, I love just seeing all the latin and then NINJAS!
By the way, I think Rick made the first strip a pun just to mess with the people he knew would translate it in the future.

Latin translation is a bit longer than I expected
Sometimes I have to create new words like "impalaverunt" because the word didn't exist in Latin :/

As a self-taught student of Latin, I love and appreciate this translation. I'll be sure to catch every update!
