"Hey, it's OK." smiles Samantha, gently giving the fox's arm a rub and passing her a tissue. "You weren't mean at all. You were just a little scared because of your past experiences. That's nothing to be ashamed of. You were actually, comparitively speaking, a very good patient. You didn't even try to bite me. You did really well. And thank you for the compliment. It's nice to know I'm appreciated."
Samantha picks up her notes and after a quick glance through them she declares Blick in perfect health.
"So you're good to go and we'll see you again in about a year for the next checkup. We'll send you a reminder closer to the date so you can make your appointment then. Oh, by the way, I don't think I asked before, is Miss. Van Gorge up to date with her flea and worm treatments? I can give her a tablet here to take care of the worms and send you home with some flea shampoo if she's not. She should get a flea bath and a de-worming tablet every three months ideally. When was the last time you wormed her or gave her a flea bath, Mrs. Van Gorge."

Flynn picks himself up and sheepishly returns to the group.
"Sorry, my instincts take over sometimes and a rabbit's instinct is to bolt when startled. I'm Flynn Porter. Who is this Senka? Is she the 'friend' you mentioned earlier?"

Paul phones up John and informs him that he's happy for him to pick Koa up at five PM and after John assents to this he rings off and then turns back to Koa.
"Excellent. He'll pick you up at 5PM sharp. is there anything else I can do for you at the moment? If not then I'd better finish my rounds."

"Hush Blick. I gave her the treatments a week before we moved in, but it helps to have some in the house. How much would those cost? Sabrina informs Samantha.

Blick get off the exam table and curls up in Sabrina's lap. She lovingly strokes Blick without even thinking.

Flynn is a little shocked at this revelation but then he remembers something.
"A m-mountain lion??? Uh... Oh, actually... I think Dad mentioned her. Said she's friendly but fresh from the wild so she doesn't know a lot about being a pet yet. I suppose it'll be... interesting to meet her..." he trails off, feeling more than a little nervous.

"No, you don't have worms, at least, I didn't see any signs of them. The treatment is to help stop you from getting them. As to the cost, that would depend on what type of drug will be best for her- that is your situation, Miss. Van Gorge. Do you hunt at all?" Samantha begins packing up her gear and spraying the table with disinfectant while she talks.

"still annoying regardless though , especially if they do that kind of things in front of other pets , I mean geez...." Nadia complained , not exactly complaining , but she did it anyway , just for the sake of it , while trying to find something else to talk about to keep the conversation going

After the drop off at the lab, Kandi goes on to the bank.
Setting up a pet debit card for Senka.
Then it's off back to the park..
hopefully Senka hasn't hunted down all the other pets in it by now O.o!

Gesturing to the two cats other cats, "That's Pyre and Ryze, annnd..." Stryder glances around, "We are missing Rusty. Otherwise, that should be everyone."

Hearing the scarf 'talk', Stryder smirks, "And when did you get a magic scarf, Elliot? I don't recall it talking before."

A bush near the group began to rustle. A moment later the head of a mountain lion popped out. She scanned the crowd of pets silently until she saw Faust and Elliot.
"Is it over?" She asked, shaking a stray leaf off her nose.

Before Leslie could turn around, Elliot made a shush gesture to Senka.

"It always was Stryder (Elliot gives a huge grin). Well, game over....... Wanna go grab something to eat?"

Seeing the size and height of the head in the bush, Flynn is a little apprehensive about seeing the rest of the body. "S-so you're Senka. W-why don't you come out so everyone can get acquainted properly?"

"It'z sayfe, Senka. Mister Flynn - who's not a Rabit for eeting - iz a good pursun." He turned to Flynn and put up a hand before whispering loud enough for most of the others to hear. "Miss Raydar iz not hunting neerby, iz she?"

Flynn whispers back much more quietly.
"No, I think she stayed back to help Piper when Richard got sick. Oh, you weren't there for that, were you? I forgot you left early. "

Leslie's ears flattened. "Mister Richard iz sick? Awww... I lyke him. He will be OK, yes?"

Hutch saw the head come out of the bushes.
Hey, I saw you at the store yesterday! He shouted.
Nice to see you again!

"Hi, Mister Hutch!" Leslie waved. "Yew're investigating things? Lyke magic skarfes?" He indicated Elliot's scarf, which now appeared to be gently snoring.

Hutch stood in front of the jackal, leaned forward and examined the scarf with a puzzled look.
It appears to have fallen asleep... further investigation will have to wait until it awakens. Hutch replied.

Mercury cheered when Senka appeared, "Woah! I've never seen a cat that big!"

"No I don't hunt; I have don't the heart or stomach for it. In fact, the meat I eat is human grade mostly, with the occasional, uh, 'remnant' if you catch my drift." Blick answers the vet. She holds the spot on her neck where the vaccine was administered, and whimpers quietly.

"Awright, I'm sold! Thank ya very much Ms. Samantha, for everything." Sabrina shakes her hand "Would I pay for the medication in here or out front?".

Blick unwraps her lolly and begins to lick it. She hasn't had anything sweet for a while so her face puckers a little bit, but after a few licks that goes away. Blick's tail wags happily as she enjoys her candy.

Senka looked curiously at all the animals gathered about, glancing more than once in Flynn's direction (in a group full of what she considered predators, he stood out).

"Yes, that seems to be a running "thing" here." Her voice sounded more disappointed than most would like.
Not really sure what else to do she gave a tentative wave, still remaining in the bush.

"Lotsa people not to be et, Miss Senka," Leslie agreed, "but yew can talk to them. They's all very smart."

"Zzzzzzzzzz" 'said' the scarf.

Flynn's nervousness increase as he notices Senka frequently looking at him. He's acutely aware that he's the only prey species in the group and tries to resist the urge to bolt, knowing that bolting is what triggers a lion's chase and kill instinct. He is unable, however, to resist the instinct to give a quick warning stamp as he tries to look anywhere but into the lioness's eyes.

Almost as though he could sense Flynn's fear, Leslie crossed to his Rabbit friend. "It's OK, mister Flynn," he said, putting what he hoped was a reassuring arm around Flynn's waist. "Senka iz gud," he continued, conveniently leaving out the diet tip she'd given him.

"No, I don't think there was anything else. Thank you very much ma'am! You're definitely the nicest very we've ever visited. Oh that's what I forgot, can I buy the flea treatment up front too?" Sabrina says enthusiastically.
"Thank you, see ya next year!" Blick adds. She puts her lollipop in her mouth and helps Sabrina get up out of the chair. Once her mom's up, Blick hops over to the door and holds it open.

It was at that moment, that Rusty tumbled in through the bushes.

"Oops, hey guys!" He said getting up and dusting the dirt off himself, "I guess everyone's been found now?"

"Kewl," Leslie claimed, "A durty dog!"

"Oh, hey Rusty!" Mercury turned his attention to the Yorkie

The scarf yawned. "'xactly how many Cats are here?" It asked sleepily.
