Yeah, he still lives next door, I sometimes hop over the back fence and go see him..

Rook felt a wind on his other ear now.. this is getting weird.. Suddenly somthing blows on his nose!
"Ok, PLEASE tell me you can feel that!" Rook exclaims, looking at Victor and Maxine.

At that moment, a fin -a *big* fin!- emerged from the water.
Followed by second.
And then a third, and a fourth. They surrounded the boat in a wide circle, barely moving the waters around it.

"H-hey! Shh! ..look!" Maxine says hushedly, pointing to one of the fins.

Rook moves his mouth to retort, but then notices the fin Maxine pointed out.

A silence overcomes the boat as the three passengers watch the fins circle around them.

"T-they're here.." Rook whispers, looking to Victor. "W-what do we do now??"

"This," Victor said, grinning, extending his arm out of the boat, his paw holding a piece of that dried meat, as if teasing a dog with a treat...
Then the music of Raiders of the lost Ark could be heard. At the same time, the water *exploded*! A monstrous blue column erupted together with what looked like a Trident missile. Victor's paw seemed to disappear, for a moment.
At the apex of its jump, the titan hunter superimposed against the moon, before completing its arch over the boat and falling down the other side -with another splash that drenched Victor and his guests equally. "That was Pogo. And that's why I asked you if you feared water," he laughed.

Balkan gave Faye a reproachful look before speaking out himself. Lars was expecting this spirit to expose his prank and his short term relationship with the demon waiting for him at the bathroom window, but this was all put on hold as he had exposed another element involved in this. His eyes flicked precariously between his mother in law, his mates and the spirit. ''Wait, what?'' Lars said, getting up. He was a little worried of acting surprised, since it might have given away his true intentions, but he put that aside for now to probe further. ''So...who was in contact with me?'' Lars asked. ''Are you able to sniff him out and identify him?''

"Four hours if you don't stop. And remember to follow the road, don't venture into the forest if you're not expert of this place. And thank you, but don't worry. I can easily provide for myself." Then it happened: it was a wonder to see, how such a monster could move swift and even gracefully, like quicksilver, as his body snapped forward, jaws open, before closing over something in the bushes.
Bigby gulped down his prey, while the rest of the group - rabbits, none else - scampered away without a shout.

Lars did not like the way his mother in law had been belittling him and his relationship with his mates throughout the entire time he met her. He had frowned to show his distaste towards her brusque mannerism and looked at her with a stronger degree of firmness. ''Hey mom, I know I'm not that good according to your expectations, but will you just give it a rest already? Besides, it is always an honor to bear cubs for Tricana. Isn't that right, my loves?'' Lars said, smiling and crossing over to his two mates, sitting down and putting his big arms around them, slowly brushing their muzzles with a finger.

The prank will have to wait. This situation sounded more serious than it shouldn't be.

''Morever, I want to get to the bottom of this. Val'kir, I apologize for my rudeness and my casual acknowledgement towards you.'' Lars said, getting on a knee and bowing to the spirit. ''Where should we start, m'lord?''

["What do I look like to you? A human? Or maybe a cat?"] Val'kir's eyes shone dangerously for a second as his voice roared like a thunder ["If you know what's good for you, let go of the two and bow down to their mother and beg her for forgiveness! Show some humility and respect for your elders!"]

Then the wolf-spirit looked at the two younger lycaons with a softer, yet firm voice ["You two accepted the fate of shamans and you're expected to follow it's every aspect. Do NOT neglect your duties as such or you'll dishonor yourselves and your mother!"]

Finally he looked at the elder lycaon, speaking out with great respect and a little bit of rebuke ["And you are still their mother, as well as their teacher. Guide the dog shaman the same as you guide your daughters."]

Val'kir suddenly disappeared, only to appear above them ["Fare thee well, shamans! I have Rifts to close and one is nearby."] with these words the wolf spirit disappeared.
