I never said I'd share my result. Unless it's particularly amusing.

@ Sleet - The test is more for kicks and giggles mainly, not to be an accurate or anything.
Go to Google
Type in "brain orientation test"
Should be the first result
Have fun!
I don't know how to do links

Re: Left vs. Right Brain Orientation
if you want it to say "link" (as an example)
"link"
[ url=http://www.okcupid.com/tests/take?testi ... 8639440436]"link"[/url]
just take out the space between "[" and "u"

Eer...what? I don't get computers really, I can just about make these posts even though I have an A-level in using computer programmes (irony).

Re: Left vs. Right Brain Orientation
There's probably a thread somewhere detailing how to use the forum's BBCode... if not then there should be one...
I'm kinda surprised by the strong right leaning going on, I would have expected a more even mix, considering the fact that... we are online. Not that the internet is not mainstream of course, that idea died with the advent of , but I'd think the people who actively participate (ie. forums) and venture out beyond the big websites to places like here would lean on the tech-y side. After all, comics like xkcd are popular for a reason.

I don't know what I got, because at the end I saw that I had to do math so I decided it wasn't worth it.Buckdida wrote: EDIT: As for the dancer, it, uh, broke forum rating when in high definition.

Re: Left vs. Right Brain Orientation
I didn't like that quiz very much. My result was fine, but not the way they came about it.
We are online, but we have a lot of artists here. Some of that has to do with how artistic furries often are (75% of the forum). Plus Rick doesn't rely on technical jokes too much (Ouija boards aside), so left-brained folks won't be as drawn to Housepets! as, say, xkcd or Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal.CaptainPea wrote:I'm kinda surprised by the strong right leaning going on, I would have expected a more even mix, considering the fact that... we are online. There are better and cheaper places to advertise something like Housepets!. Plus I don't think xkcd does advertisements anyway.

Re: Left vs. Right Brain Orientation
i am pretty sure that if you think of 'left' and 'right' brains as causing a significant difference in your interests you can't possibly be what you consider to be left-brained
I was going to make a joke but then I did.

110% right-brained. I'm random, I love art and creative writing, not to mention I do a lot more day dreaming then listening. And hard, cold logic tends to bore me.

Anyone who can describe themselves as "110%" anything without cringing is automatically right-brained.

I'm 8500% bigger than back when I was a baby, so I'm right-brained.Sleet wrote:Anyone who can describe themselves as "110%" anything without cringing is automatically right-brained.

Perhaps I should have been more specific about the context.
