Joy: My new keyboard came in the mail yesterday!
Sorrow: There aren't many overly interesting profiles on the internet for it.
Joy: Repurposed one of them to fit my keyboards.
This is what I ended up with

Joy: 2 months of random paperwork, waiting, and exams are over! If there are no problems with money and visa, then I might be studying in Riga beginning this September on the same faculty, which is quite better than where I am now. Yay! ^v^
Yes, that is about the best thing to write that I could think of.

Sorry to hear that Dayzee, losing a job sucks.
CV, VEB152: Congrats

Sorrow: I found out I'm losing my job in mid-July.
Sorrow: My niece and nephew are both sick.
Joy: Completed my HP fan fiction.
Joy: It's not so hot out today.
Joy: Will see my cousin at the end of July.

Follow up and call them yourself and ask. Until they say "Sorry, we can't hire you", don't stop. Companies like that and it keeps you fresh in their mind. That's the biggest mistake people make when applying for jobs. They're going to hire the person who shows they want the job, not the one who drops off an application and leaves it at that.

Sorrow: Stepdad had to go to hospital due to a large lump on his kneecap. He never noticed it until now. It was huge. like a large baseball. It didn't bother him until seconds later. hope he's ok. :(

This can go either way. Some companies consider people who call or show up overly aggressive. One I worked for would mark applications "unhireable" if the applicant called. I've spoken to more than a few managers who say their time is wasted by people calling constantly to make sure they received an online application. Others will only interview people who call or come in. I'd do research on how the places you applied handle such things.

It also depends on your employment history. If it's your first time, I find the passive approach is the best.

Joy: He's ok! Although I won't know the full story until later today, at least he wasn't in any major pain after they checked up on him.

Well, don't be annoying when calling them; don't call the day after you send in your application, or even every day.
But I'd say it's fully okay to call if you haven't heard from them after 2 weeks. It also depends on the company and job you apply for. A smaller company you applied for a helping job should be able to decide quicker than a large concern where you applied together with a hundred of other people for a qualified job they announced a vacancy for.

This isn't my first job, but I'm gonna wait a bit more before calling them. Maybe a couple of weeks.

Though I didn't pass the Wal-Mart assessment test. :(

Joy: I have a deal with my cafeteria lady whereby I get the crusts from the raisin toast that she can't sell to anyone else for half the regular price of raisin toast. I love crusts. :)
Double Joy: I have a loyalty card for my cafeteria which gets me every 7th hot chocolate for free.
Triple Joy: Today I got cheap toast and free hot chocolate meaning breakfast cost me just $2. :D

Joy: I guy inherited 3 Marshall amps (about $250-$400 value each) and didn't know what they were so he was selling them for $10 at a yard sale.

Sorrow: It was 6:30 and I'd only slept an hour so I didn't think to buy them.

Joy: I have been accepted to Monroe Technology Center next year (My Senior Year) to take Computer & Digital Animation! It will be so fun! Only problem is...
Sorrow: Due to having been accepted for the Animation program, I have to give up my elective classes... This means no AP (Advanced Placement) German class.... D:
Joy: However, my German teacher has told me that she will let me take the AP exam next year for credit anyway, and I will be in the German club anyway.
I've heard far too many people say that they've taken a language in High School and they don't remember any of it. I don't want that to happen to me!

Shoulda just pretended to be super racist during the interview process.

Joy: I almost move to my new hospital! And most of my medical school application is over!

Sorrow: I'm becoming kinda uncertain about me and my mate, which is disappointing, 'cause they're really sweet. :/

Sorrow: I am regretting heavily my choice to bring Ulfric Stormcloak to power. Skyrim does indeed chiefly belong to the Nords, as her founders. But her borders are open to all and none should suffer because of what they are. He has already been brought to power and the civil war is over. I have made a grave mistake.
