I have built a collection of cornish souvenirs from my holidays to Cornwall but I don't really collect stuff...except if you include old presents as I always feel guilty for throwing away gifts and therefore I put them packed away somewhere.

I own a tigers eye, some sort of emerald ring, a black saphire ring, some sort of semi-prcius stone that still has 'emerad' in the title, fools gold and this black egg shaped stone. I think it's onix, but I'm not sure.

Not a big collection, but not half bad.

I used to collect random things that I would find in apartments that my mom would clean when she worked and later I would create random figurines out of them...I found lots of textbooks and toys, surprisingly...

I sold my collection, but kept my 2x2-5x5 and I think my megaminx. I made some rediculous profit (like $200) because I got most of them at yard sales/uncanny places for cheap. The packaging for some of them is a huge deal

So I collect(ed) Rubiks style Twisty Puzzles, and I also collect yoyos....

I have a binder full of pokemon cards. =D I still have my 1st edition Yu-Gi-Oh cards (gosh, those things are ooooold- like 8 years or so), and an odd amount of a few digimon and Harry Potter cards.

I collect little random things gifted to me. I also keep it when something reminds me of a chapter of my life, I do that because I don´t have many photos of anything and do not own a camera, so I have lots of little things in my room and with me, and each of them tells a little story :3

Should I happen to have lots of money, I will go and start collecting gems. I plan to have at least one ruby, diamond, emerald and sapphire, then I will place them next to each other and watch them all day x3

For many years I collect tickets - bus, tram, train, airplane, theatre, opera, museum, botanic garden, events.... And I put them into my album.

One day I would like to start collecting varius types of cameras.

I used to collect Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but I stopped after a while. Now I would call myself a book collector, for I never throw any book away. In fact, I purchase my books instead of using the library.

Oh my, I just realised that more than half of my collections I have given away to friends. One to a stranger.

The modern ones are no problem howver sinse i have 0 income getting another Genesis a 32x a sega CD and saturn and the games for them is provign difficult

With that said I've also started building a small Japanese RPG collection witha few western ones

And Kingdom hearts got me really into jackets and belts.
But my mom seldom goes cloths shopping with me so i don't have much of that either

Really? There are two local stores I have been to that specialise in old games and game consoles. Have you tried finding such a place in your area?

There was one in the mall but they renovated the mall and took it out.

Towson mall is almost litarlally A colletion of 140 clths stores a games stop, spencers gifts, phone places, 3 art stores , and some tech place

Well my collection is about 300 Cards.
And the mural of the image is my favorite one

I was just wondering what everyone had the habit to collect on, as most have the feel to hoard a certain object. If you can or still have it, try to take a picture of your collection or themed objects. ^^

And because I really just want to, I will keep a list of everyone's collection in this first post.
