Oh Halloween... it's the only time of the year I'm allowed to gorge myself on candy.

What's everyone gonna be this year? I'm going to a costume party tonight as the Team Fortress 2 Medic.

I'm not going to try and steal anyone's thunder here, but I'm allergic to cane sugar. AND milk. So no usual candies for me. Pretty much the only thing I can get in the way of candy is compressed dextrose candies (Sweet Tarts, Smarties) or I have to make the sweets myself with substitutes.

But anyway, I was thinking of dressing up as Waldo but I don't know how plausible that is since I never really planned out the costume

I can understand how you feel, I have a minor allergy to chemical food coloring, so most sweets are out the window for me. Regardless, I'm still going to a Rocky Horror Picture Show as Dr. Scott.

On a tangent, if you don't mind me asking; how bad is your allergy, and how did you learn about it?

The allergy has gotten better recently, it's tied to my Crohn's disease. I found out about it through a blood-allergy test.

As i said in the house pets comic, we don't really celebrate Halloween here...

lrlz i can see the candy part but not the costume.... how can you do that more than on halloween and go for candy.... i can see for like carnival and mardi gras.... but still...
