When does/did school begin for your people?

Man. Im really feeling the pressure of school. Its only been my 4th week of school and im staying up till 1 am doing work O_o

yeah. My school is weird. I started school around the beginning of August.

I don't exactly remember, but we don't include our senior year on our main applications so they don't usually care.

So why does senior year exist?

So we can get a diploma. The non-cynical answer would be "so we can learn our full 13 years."

People at my school say Sophomore year is the hardest, but it hasn't been too bad (yet, it's only been 2 weeks... I guess I'll find out)

I'm sophomore year too, and about a week and half in. I think it varies from location to location, and what classes you're in. AP (college level) get a lot more homework than Honors, which get a lot more homework than standard, which get more homework than your electives. XD

Actually, the two classes that are honors for me are the ones I get the least amount of homework in (English III H and Spanish III H)

Well, I'm home for Labor day weekend, and it's crazy how odd it feels.

My younger brother started his school year on a Friday. I mean, what is wrong with them? Is there even a point in going in for one day of the week? I don't go to a school anymore; I'm an apprentice so it works out differently. It’s basically like having a job only you’re not allowed to do everything everyone else is, and I don't get paid.

I can honestly say I was excited for school, ever since the first day I've been dreading being back, I got to see my friends yes, but I think they forgot how depressing I am.

my situation is similar.
except, i was bummed about school at first. i was suppoosed to be goin to a boarding school in tenesee, but then i didn't get to go cause im too poor and i was like wahh...
but then i was excited about it.
and then my friends were like "you werent sposed to be here" and i was like "im to poor for to not be here." and it was cool cause i could talk to me friends though but then they forgot how depressing i can be but i met some new friends to so its cool and high school has acctually been pretty fun for me so far !
