After a several month binge on softer stuff like Streetlight Manifesto, Andrew Jackson Jihad, and The Front Bottoms, I've decided to get back to those raunchy roots by throwing Nevermind the Bullocks, the only album by the notorious Sex Pistols. I won't link it here, because it's one of the most blunt and offensive albums of all time, but if you like hardcore punk, this was pretty much the first mainstream punk rock album, which helped define the genre today...

Edit: also, it was the album that had the most influence on alot of the songs which will be on my upcoming album, Rainbow Flag. It's one of my favorite albums, and I wanted my first LP to have the same kind of force to it. They even have the same opening riff...

"Web" - Thee Oh Sees
New song. New album.
I haven't seen a release date yet, but I read that Brigid was back with the group. It's gonna be good.

Where might I be able to find this album when it's released?

So, Record Store Day is coming up and there's one exclusive release that I really want to get...
Polaris' only album is being released on vinyl for the first time ever!
You remember Polaris, right?

I probably won't be able to find it though...

SGAP archive.

To me at least, the hidden jewel of the Brony music scene.

I'm pretty sure they left, but they did leave some pretty amazing music.

WARNING: MILDY NSFW ALBUM ART

Mod Edit: Sorry, that album art was a little too much even with the warning. Link was removed, but artist and song name were not in case someone would like to search the song themselves

I saw Andrew W.K. in concert last night, and got to meet him. He's such a cool guy, and his concert was a lot of fun. It was basically just him, a piano, a hypeman, and two hundred metric tons of party energy. :D
