Arkansas is one of only four states not in a budget deficit. Also, the state constitution requires us to fund education before any other programs, so the $92,000,000,000 we're expected to receive in Federal aide will go to building upkeep and additions (like last time, which allowed the Russellville School District to build the performing arts center they've been trying to fund for more than two decades and replace a lot of old band instruments.) Russellville also used the funding from last time to make all our schools more energy-efficient, equip all classrooms with smartboard technology, et cetera.

So I guess I'm proud of our state's budgeting abilities? Except that they haven't hired new state troopers in two years. :0

It's been a while, everyone!
I must apologize for my absence.
Things have been a bit hectic on my end.

I've got something trivial to be proud of as well!
I begin my senior year of high school in a little over a week.

I simply can't fail. I have no way not to get all of my credits.
That being said, with my guaranteed graduation, I'll be the first member of my family to graduate, on both of my parents' sides.

Also, something I should post in the "Trivial Things You're Ashamed Of" thread, my AWFUL luck.
Lockers #400 - 650 are reserved for seniors. Only four were taken. I randomly pick one, aaaaand...
It was the only one they forgot to mark down as broken on the list.
So I got to fiddle with trying to open a broken locker for an hour.

I´m proud of being bigger than some ppl, but feel small whenever one 1,80+ stands next to me.
I´m proud of having such awesome hair.
I´m proud of being a fan of the N64-games, and that I am good at nearly all games where you have to fight or equal.
I´m proud of living in a house instead of an apartment.
I´m proud to speak english here in germany, where some ppl barely do speak german or any language at all(at least sometimes it seems. No offense, k?^^)
I´m proud to be nearly 16, because most people I meet on the internet think I am older.
I´m proud of having so much to be proud of :D
I´m proud of having some real friends.
I´m proud of being not the only one who likes anthro-comics, and of knowing the difference between furry and anthro.
Oh, and I´m proud of being able to read most peoples thoughts, just by seeing their body language.

If I see more that I am proud of, I´ll post again ;P

That's not trivial. That's a big thing to be proud of.

There's a difference?

There's a difference?
Yep. I think "Furry" named comics are those for really really strange ppl. You know, the dirty ones.
While being around this forum I think I discovered, that "Furry" is a really multi-use word, it means ppl who like animal anthropomorphs, but it too is the word the...dirty stuff watching ones use for themselves. AND it is a more nice and warm word for animal anthropomorphs.

If THAT is correct, I´m proud of it :D

EDIT: Oh, I seem to have forgotten to respond to your other comments. To the first one, sorry. I wasn´t aware of the word "trivial" when thinking about things I am proud of^^
And to the third: Nah. Dolphins are awesome, but I am better than them
