 Happy New Year everybody! 2009
December 31st, 2008 to January 1st, 2009
Year of the Ox for the Chinese
Just 3 to 4 days until 2009 by the time this is posted!
While the number 2009 isn't that great of a number, just one number less than a more easily divisible number 2010, it's still one more year that the Earth has maraculously survived a potential nuclear warfare. But then again, it's one year closer to the alleged doomsday of the world December 21, 2012 (The Mayans apparantly havn't been wrong yet).
But who cares about that for now, it's a new year! Another year to laugh, another year to cry, another year to sin, another year to say "Good bye". (That rhyme wasn't on purpose...)
Who knows what's in store for the year ahead, but the least we can do is predict or set goals for ourselfs.
Personally, this year I really want to start animating and getting better at animation and the like. I also need to study for exams at school, though hopefully it shouldn't be to hard, just alot of reading and writing.
What about you? Do you have any plans for the new year? Any places you want to go? Any promises you want to fufil? It's a new day, so let's celebrate for surviving the toilet that is the economy (HI-YO?) and pray for the best.
