That was actually what I would have guessed. Since I only know like 12 words.

My friends forced me to watch Labyrinth with them yesterday, basically telling me that it was a total mind****. They were right. I almost cried seeing David Bowie humiliate himself so! But seriously, the girl who played the main character had nothing even resembling acting talent. Jim Henson should have stuck with puppets only movies. I will admit that it was enjoyable when you watch it for the nostalgia rather than for the movie itself. I mean, the opening montage of the girl and her dog running was so eighties it HURT!

I just watched The Cat Returns. This is the first time I've seen a Hayao Miyazaki film, and I was needless to say, greatly impressed with it. I loved it so much! ^^ The characters, the stories, the cute cats. :) I woulda stayed in that world myself though! :P I liked it so much I'm currently drawing a picture of the Baron although I'm debating on if I should upload it when it's done as it is rather crappy.. But fantastic movie! It's def one of my favorites. Curse my impressionable self now, it's making me think twice of my fursona! :o

I watched Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World.

That movie was amaaaazing, and is probably now up there with my other favourite movies.

Though I don't watch a lot of movies so the list isn't actually that big.

Final Fantasy Advent Children is still probably at the top though.

It's ok, Brawler, people can like Final Fantasy if they want. Don't take it personally.

I just saw Armored, and I really don't know what to think. It was sorta like a better version of Takers (which sucked!) But if you think about it for a second, it's really just an updated version of Reservoir Dogs. A bunch of guys plan a heist that goes horribly wrong, they spend the rest of the movie bleeding all over the place in an abandoned warehouse, an innocent person dies , they realize that they've dug themselves into a hole they can't get out of, they capture a cop, and in the end pretty much everybody kills each other.

(Wow, it really IS just like Reservoir Dogs)

Gotta love Princess Bride. Some other favorites are Clue, airplane, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and strangely enough, Miracle on 34th Street (the original). Also, anything with Chris Farley or Leslie Nielsen.

I have quite a few of Miyazaki's films. Most of them are of above-average quality. Spirited Away is very good and let's not forget Joey's favorite, https://www.housepetscomic.com/2010/08/ ... icaturist/. But, my favorite work of his is Princess Mononoke (or Mononoke-hime to the Niponese crowd)
Heh. Look at that... I started an actual Housepets! fan-fic.

The first one was superior in almost every regard, especially plot- and characterization-wise.

And Marvel once again fails to understand people like him for sticking out of the usual do-gooder crowd for being a noble guy with occasional jerk moments rather than a jerk who happens to do something heroic at times.

The social network was amazing. When I saw that it was directed by David Fincher, director of Fight Club and Se7en, I knew I had to see it. This is an example of a movie that could have been completely boring considering that the premise revolves around the programming of a website. But this fantastic directer as well as the fantastic screen writer have made a movie that is extremely funny as well as extremely scary. The young actors do such a good job that watching their schizophrenia take over other people's and their own lives becomes horrifying.

I would recommend that you watch it IMMEDIATELY.
