I love that show! Some of my favorites are Space Mutiny, The Final Sacrifice, Deathstalker, The Screaming Skull, and The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies.

Also, watching The Amazing Race atm.

I just got in the mail Season 3 of "My Little Pony" and "Monsters" the complete series!

I've posted about that series before and it is still as good as I remember it! My favorite episode is called "The Hole". It is set during the Vietnam War. Two American soldiers and one South Vietnamese go into a NLF tunnel complex and find everyone torn to pieces. A sole survivor tells them that they dug their tunnels too deep and awoke something evil in the earth. Now, the tunnels "won't let them leave"! And, the NLF, in order to stay hidden, bury their dead in the walls of the tunnels!

Its an excellent anthology series!

Jello Biafra was in a recent episode of Portlandia. Guest appearances are what make this show so great.

It got a DVD release in the UK, so I am holding out hope that since "Monsters" got a DVD release then so will "Freddy's Nightmares".

I finally watched "Hannibal" when my friend Hunter came to visit. It is actually a very good show. I am starting to understand the fandom growing around it.

Just got Netflix, and since the streamed movie selection (at least, that interests me) leaves much to be desired, I've been watching the TV selection they have. I grew up watching Batman and X-men, so on a whim, I checked out Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Young Justice, and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest. Pretty good shows, all in all, and I especially like being able to rewatch Batman Beyond without digging out the DVDs. :)

I also finally saw season three of "Sherlock". It was really good and it had an ending I didn't see coming!

Keeping Up Appearances. I recommend this British comedy to anyone (The entire series is on Netflix Instant now) and I espically recommend the episodes A Very Merry Hyacinth, Sea Fever, Riparian Entertainments, and Scintillating Socializing as must-watch!

My dreams have come true. An actual "Friday the 13th" television series! (Other than that crappy one that had nothing to do with "Friday the 13th" from the early '90s. Blatant false advertising.)

http://www.totalfilm.com/news/friday-th ... on-the-way

On the down side, Michael Bay is producing it but I still hope that it won't turn out as bad as his remake. Another plus is that it might have some hard core horror in it. After all "The Walking Dead" and "Hannibal" have both set new extremes in the amount of violence and gore you can show on television.

Do any of you like the Shannara series by Terry Brooks? There is talk about a tv series based on the books.

For me I really like doctor who, arrow, and some animation, I do need to get into some more series though.

GAME OF THRONES, Breaking Bad, South Park, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, 30 Rock, Futurama, Drunk History, Workaholics, @Midnight, Through the Wormhole, and a side of MythBusters. And, of course, all of the others I can't think of right now.

Watching Colbert now is like looking at a dead man...

I like Doctor Who. Like, a lot. Like, I could tell you all about the degrees of 'badly stuck on by the makeup department' that The Brigadier's false moustache in the old series was, because apparently Nicholas Courtney had real trouble growing facial hair for the part. :D

In terms of modern TV I'm a big fan of Top Gear, too, and comedy panel shows like 8 Out of 10 Cats and QI. Have an odd love for cooking programmes as well... not really an odd love, I guess, it's because I like cooking and watch to try and get some tips. I love Masterchef in particular, and the Hairy Bikers shows are always fun.

I was excited about "Friday the 13th" being made into a television series, now I am ecstatic that "Nightbreed" is going to be turned into a television series. It took Morgan Creek Entertainment 20 years to realize their mistake and release the director's cut of "Nightbreed" now that they see the fan reaction I guess that they are banking on it.
