I accidentally locked my keys in my car on Tuesday. Usually, this wouldn't be too bad, except the fact that I only have one key that unlocks my car... and it was still hanging off the key ring in the ignition inside the locked car.

The Nissan dealer down the road didn't have the right key, we had no money for a locksmith, and my dad juuuuuust about had the smaller part out of my back window pried out until it shattered. XP

Things to buy when I get my paycheck: spare keys and a new window.

American muscle cars are my weakness. I might not know a lot, but I love classy cars. And I hate these supped up cars that are all high tech with no class.

Here's a car that I had the pleasure of driving recently. It's a Subaru Baja Turbo. It was up for sell at a dealership here in town. They wanted too much for it, and the car needed some things fixed on it, but it drove and felt great. And it was FAST!!! It's pretty much a WRX with a truck bed on it.
If you look close enough, you can see the intercooler on top of the back of the engine...

I've always loved the Baja, mostly because of the way it looks.

Yeah, they're great. You should drive one man, they're pretty sporty. When you kick it down you can hear the turbo spool up at around 3000 RPM. 8-) Here's a close up of the engine....
It was too bad there was some stuff wrong with it. Not anything major, but just need to be taken care of...

My favorite car growing up and to this day is the 1969 Dodge Charger R/T though the 68 and 70 are nearly identical.
I grew up going to car shows and cruise night with my family in my fathers customized 1952 Mercury nick named Ghoster Coaster,
he had it repainted a while ago so it no longer has the name on it but I'll always remember it as such. I'll post some photo's bellow:

After it's newer paint work.
Image
After a light collision he was in, the fender got replaced and the bumper was fixed thankfully~
Image
Before the black paint when it was called Ghoster Coaster, from the front.
Image
From the back.

Side.

Open door drivers side.

Speedometer close up.

And from when it was freshly silver before the flames, along with how she looked MANY years ago.
Image

When he first got it there was mixed paint, then he painted it turquoise, then it was black followed by
simple purple flames, then the added flames and black you see above, then came the rear
fender extension he and his friends did, eventually when he was going to paint it silver
he stripped off the paint to find it had at least 6 layers, then came the silver and flames
which were then replaced with simple black about 2 years ago :3
If anyone has questions feel free to ask, I grew up with this car as
my father got before I turned 1 so it's been in the family as long as I have.

When it comes to race cars, my two favorites would be the:

1969 Ford GT40.

and the 1969 Dodge Daytona Superbird, being a modified Charger.

Though I've yet to see anything as epic as the Lambo Limo.

Nissans are sweet.
This car isn't totally flashy, but I was never really into incredibly flashy cars, anyway.

No, the tsuru is a completly different car from the sentra, but now that i think of it...
Have you seen this car before or is the first time?
Because if it is so, probably is because is not produced on U.S.A

Nope. We don't get the Tsuru in the states. The reason I mentioned the Sentra was because that car looks pretty close to the older model ones.

I think Cycles are Awesome also very convenient when traffic turns Crazy, but you need to be really skilled and careful and by that i mean dont play to be the gost rider in the highway, k?
Inali wrote: Nope. We don't get the Tsuru in the states. The reason I mentioned the Sentra was because that car looks pretty close to the older model ones.
I see what happened here, the cars in the past versions (1990->) were called sentra in the states and tsuru in México. After that, the design changed to what you and we know as sentra.
However here on mexico it was more a split of design, it means is that we have Sentra as you do but we still have Tsuru.
The Tsuru is a very basic car, it almost remplaced the "Vocho" (volkswagen Bug or type 1) when its produccion stoped, Is very reliable, economic and safe.
Its a manual 5-speeds (top) transmission, with only the basic sistems (engine, transmission, security points and the trunk).
Kitela wrote:There are so many possibilities with these.
I love how simple they are, i can take out the transmission without even a hydraulic jack :D

I have seen a few of those before, but usually they have the rear painted with some Matte paint.
it makes them look like if were made of plasticine.

So I got a letter from the dealer who sold me my car saying they want to buy it back. I'm hesitant, but at the same time, if they offer me more than I paid for it I'll probably accept it. It's probably just a ploy, but whatever. I know what I want and if they don't provide it I'll flat-out say no.

If they want it back is because
A) they sold it to you cheaper than was supposed
B) they forgot something on it

When I was a kid, I always asked for the boy's Happy Meal at McDonald's. Who wants a Barbie doll when you can get a free Pokemon card or the newest Hot Wheels speed racer?

Also, I may have enough money to buy a new window by the end of the summer! I'm currently using a piece of cardboard and duck tape. But first, I need to purchase a new cell phone....
