So who would be what kind of pony? I would want to be a unicorn pony!

Sleet already knows that Pegasus Ponies are the best.

But do they have access to magic (see also: friendship)?

Pegasus Ponies can fly. They are simply the best.

The ability to fly is better than the ability to give others manly moustaches.

I would have to agree with Senator_Sunburst, but I can't back my assertion with any knowledge of the show. Also, hi.

No love for earth ponies though. :(

Actually, the FiM blog ran a poll a few weeks back about pony types. Earth Ponies were the least favourite, but there were almost as many people who picked Earth as there were who picked Unicorn. Pegasus ponies were overwhelmingly the most popular, with slightly less than twice the number of Pegasus votes than Unicorn ones.

I never said anything about my gender, and yes, it could be male.

When you say you're not sure, does that mean you haven't seen it yet? Watch an episode and find out!

Even if I'm a girl, I'm almost 21 so it has to be doing something right!
maybe it's just the way i'm seeing it though

My bets are still on Sleet beign male, although I can see what he did there with all lines. He made sure he gave an angle from both genders...to a degree.

Either way, I need to watch this show some time. Sounds good. :P

Well, now that I've watched the second episode, that finishes the series premiere...it's a shockingly good show. I don't get it! *flails*

Also, does anyone know who voices Twilight Sparkle? She sounds really familiar...

Fan Journalism, anyone?

Also Presea from Tales of Symphonia, but that's less likely to be useful. :P

Dear god! How did I not see this thread! I LOVE My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic!

4 Minutes until the new episode on The Hub! Twilight gives Rarity wings with her magic, and she interrupts Rainbow Dash in the middle of a race! OHMAHGAWD!

Also, Fluttershy needs more development. She's the least developed pony so far.

Ceeeeeets! I haven't seen the new episode yet and I compulsively avoid spoilers even to silly inconsequential things like My Little Pony. D:

Also, I know. I love Fluttershy but she totally needs to be developed more.

Don't worry, I was just repeated what the TV guide said about it.

Let me just say that Fluttershy is extremely cute in this episode!

Oh, OK then.

Speaking of her, did anyone else think that one scene with Gilda and Fluttershy was way more intense than they would have expected from this show?

Yeah, it was a little more intense. Then again, Gilda is meaner than one would expect to see in this show.
