Looking over everyone's lists, it does seem to be consistently popular!

I've just discvered a webcomic called monster's garden. The story seems to be pretty good, but it's a new comic and has only about 50 pages so far.

How ironic that many of us found Housepets! THROUGH Twokinds.

As SkyeCaptain pointed out, there are loads of good recommendations on here. As I'm looking for some to add to my own regular reading list, I decided to compile everyone's reading lists during a bored 5 minutes. Just in case anyone else is interested in the list, I've included the top webcomics below based on recommendations from this topic. Sorry if I've missed any or incorrectly listed some. Everyone kept updating and adding to their lists so it was hard to keep track :)

42 Housepets!
24 TwoKinds
18 Slightly Damned
16 Sandra & Woo
11 Bittersweet Candy bowl
9 Lackadaisy
9 xkcd
8 Furthia High
8 Penny Arcade
8 Precocious
8 VG Cats
7 Freefall
6 Brawl in the Family
6 Concession
6 Faux Pas
6 Ozy and Millie
5 Sequential Art
5 The Furry Experience
4 Endtown
4 Manly Guys doing Manly Things
4 Order of the Stick
4 Tales of the Questor
4 The Whiteboard

I didn't include any below 3 recommendations here, as so to not bulk out the thread. There are over 216 recommended comics with 480 total recommendations!

One of my favorites for a silly webcomic is The Book of Biff for it's funny one-liners.

Yep, I did often wonder what happened to the animals that ran offscreen. And now we know...
Also think that BSCB is advancing a little quickly. Not much character build up from "the early years" since most of it is present based.

One comic that's moved up with the '4th wall trick' is Faux Pas. (Jon is off screen around where the TWC button is.) http://www.ozfoxes.net/fp/fp-1566.jpg

"Zoophobia" is going to start updating again soon!

A comic that I don't think has been mentioned yet is "Wrongside: The Beginning". If you like "TwoKinds" then you might give this one a chance. But be warned, it has the same level of adult content as "TwoKinds".

Wrongside was a good comic, but I thought that theauthor had given up on it since the website was taken down last time I checked (which was along time ago)

well, there are two comics that I recently read because I saw a panel run by the creators of them at a convention last year while I was waiting for the panel I wanted to attend to start: Snow by Night and Tamuran
both are pretty entertaining.

I found Snow By Night in Top Webcomics, and it's really greatly made, though I think it could very well being set in colonial Canada, instead of a fictional colonial fntasy world, seeing as there are so many similarities between the two.

I also recently found a very funny-looking and funny-scripted webcomic:
Dungeons and Denizens.

Now, I don't know anything, or almost anything, about Dungeons and Dragons gameplay or general backstory, but the story let's itself flow with perfect amusement and familiarity under the premise of the daily lives of a group of dungeon monsters as they pay the bills, try to get along, and butcher the upstart adventurers that try to get stuff from them.

Post Re: Favorite Webcomic/Comic Series/Graphic novel
I think I have become terminally nerdy because I have started reading reprints of old "Red Sonja" comics from the 70s. Since they were published by Marvel, there is one where she is resurrected in modern day New York and meets Spider-Man. I also found out that there is a even a furry parody of this series called Red Shetland. I usually don't go in for sword and sorcery/high fantasy comics, but this is making me warm up to the genre.

I am about to get a major back log at my local comic shop. Apparently they have not been ordering all the books I subscribe to with them (If you subscribe through their shop you get 10 to 20% off your purchase, depending on how many titles you get). I am about to get two whole "'68" series.

If you don't know what " '68" is, it is a horror series that was intended to be a spin off of "Night of the Living Dead". But then, it was made stand alone. It is about the same zombie plague depicted in George A. Romero's film, but in the jungles of Vietnam during the Vietnam War and back in the states. So while Ben is trying to keep everyone safe from the zombies in the old farm house, Pvt. Yam and the scout dog Nero are trying to navigate the zombie infested rain forest at night. Good stuff.

Hey guys, I discovered a comic not long ago called "Beyond the Western Deep".
Image
Its created by the same guy who did much of the dialogue (and is also listed as "Assistant Writer") in the "Dust: An Elysian Tail" game, which is of course my current all time favourite game... of all time XD

Ya'll should totally check it out>>> http://www.westerndeep.net

Thank you kindly for sharing that link.

The characters' appereance bug me a little, though: They share both near-realistic and cartoony traits.

I like that about it!

...Why is the dialogue better than Dust's? And if that guy can draw, why didn't he do the character art in Dust?

Because Dust was never his project. He only came in late to assist the creator with the dialogue and story.

Keep in mind Dust: An Elysian Tail was made completely by just one guy, Dean Dodrill. So all the art, all the characters, all the coding and graphics, and all the writing (excluding what Alex Kain, the Writer for Beyond the Western Deep, did) was all created by Dean. It was his project, and not Alex's :3

Also, Alex doesn't draw the "Beyond the Western Deep" webcomic, it is drawn by Rachel Bennett. So we don't even know anything about Alex's skills as an artist XP

Darn it, you beat me to it! I barely found out about this comic a day or two ago and I was totally gonna make a post about it
Oh well, as long as somebody did it. I totally support your recommendation.

I really like how the creators let us readers in on a lot of details as well, especially when it comes to the creative process. It seems like the world they're building has lots of potential and I can't wait for the story to start picking up in the future. I just wish it updated more often than once a week :p

Hey, thanks for recommending The Western Deep, Mobs! I've already caught up to the most recent strip. It's shaping up to be a great story.

Oh, this reminds me of Ricks INA, which I am also looking forward to reading one o' these days.

I'm new in following webcomics, but I've already checked several important ones. The ones I'll keep following are Housepets!, of course, and Sandra and Woo, which has been my first one and what put me interest in this world. The interest about furry type ones and their art has been recurrent, but in the end, I've always enjoyed this kind of draws when happened to see one.
Here are other webcomics I've liked for a reason or another, but that barely or no more I keep checking: 2's A Company, A Panda piace/Panda likes, Bittersweet Candy Bowl, Buni, Calvin and Hobbes, Commander Kitty, Ferret Williams, Lackadaisy, Neko the Kitty, Precocious, Raccoon Toons, Scandinavian and the World, StupidFox and VG Cats.

I tried reading that once. Gave up on it pretty early into the story.

I just can't read anything that contains swearing, or sexual stuff, or any of that. I prefer all my comics to be G, or a maximum of PG. :P

I highly recommend it. But be warned, it is for mature audiences. Available in Spanish and English.

"The Crimson Frost" furry zombie comic is updating again on Tumblr and Fur Affinity!

You can have your fursona or OC appear in the comic as a victim or a zombie if you commission the artist.
