Re: Cartoons, Anime, whatever you call em!
The best cartoons I used to watch when I was little were Rugrats, Animaniacs, Pinkie and the Brain and Tiny Toon Adventures, but I also really enjoyed shows like Hey Arnold!, Invader Zim, Powerpuff Girls, and Doug. In the oughties, I loved Spongebob before the post-movie seasons, as well as The Fairly Oddparents (though it got fatigued after a while). Nowadays cartoons are pretty much the only thing I watch, and I watch South Park, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Adventure Time, Regular Show and Pokémon. I've watched Pokémon since around when it started and only started watching it again (and catching up) a few years ago, with the start of season 10. There are probably a bunch of other cartoons I really liked but I can't remember them all right now.

I always hated Rugrats. And Doug. Luckily one of my friends did too, so we can talk about how we didn't like those two shows together!

Hated that show. I also forgot to mention Sheep in the Big City as a cartoon I've seen every episode of, and hated.

Ok, for me.
The only 3 shows I watch now is:
Pokemon.
Naruto.
Bleach.
But I did like for the time and have fond memories of:
Hamtaro.
Zatchbell.
And I'd rather not Copy from Senator_Sunburst's post so I will not do one with all the ones I liked. ^^
(I know it is a small post, but these were the only ones that instantly came to mind.

Awesome! They have it and its sequel on Youtube, that's how I saw it. ^_^Tobee wrote:naylorfan90 wrote:Has anyone around here ever seen the Danish animated film Jungledyret Hugo?

Let's see, older cartoons I loved...Dexter's Laboratory, Samurai Jack, Ed, Edd & Eddy, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Camp Lazlo (I'm an Eagle Scout, so a lot of the humor really hit home with me), Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Gargoyles, Duck Tales (Woohoo), G1 Transformers, Beast Wars, Teen Titans, the first three seasons of Digomon (I can't understand how some people can say it's like Pokemon), and...I think that's it. Yeah, I watched a lot of toons when I was a kid...

Re: Cartoons, Anime, whatever you call em!
the only shows that i use to watch recently were the CSI stuff. cartoons and stuff like that? There doesn't seem to be anything good cartoon-wise anymore, but i always had fond memories of them. everything that seems good on TV seems to be better on Videogames i find.
Some worthy mentions though that i oughta throw-out though are:
Beast Wars
Reboot
Samurai Pizza Cats
Tiny Toons
The Three Stooges
All in the Family
Full House
Fresh Prince of Bel Air
The Disney Cartoons (from Duck Tales to Rescue Rangers)
The Jungle Book Anime (nobody remembers that but ME ;_;)
He-Man and She-Ra
Mighty Max
Biker Mice from MArs
Captain Planet
TMNT
If i can remember more later, i'll post them.

Summer Wars is a good anime movie. Ghost in a Shell was a good anime too. And i like DBZ abridged better than the real series. Go Team Four Star.

As much as I remember watching cartoons as a kid, I can never tell which ones I liked because I was a kid, and which ones were genuinely good.
But now I don't watch any American cartoons.
I do watch anime. Though I won't put up my whole list, I'll just mention the one's that haven't been said before (or only like once). Here's 12 that I have finished or caught up with.
Ginga Nagareboshi Gin (Loved it, and it's mostly dogs, so win-win )
Ginga Densetsu Weed (Sequel, depends on who you ask whether it's good or not)
Rurouni Kenshin (I saw the American dub. One of 2 dubs that I actually like better than the original)
Yu Yu Hakusho (This being the other one)
Wolf's Rain (Enjoyed it. But really weird ending)
One Piece (Long, but YES!!!)
Hikaru No Go (About the board game "go". But I've watched it thrice! )
Gunslinger Girl (Wow!)
Jigoku Shoujo (Good revenge story)
Prince of Tennis (I'm actually surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet)
Cross Game (Really Good! It might become the second anime I've re-watched pretty soon)
Detective Conan (NOT Case Closed. Loooong, but I do enjoy watching)
And the BBC classic Animals of Farthing Wood (Seasons 1 and 2 were good, but I couldn't get into 3 as much)

A couple years ago there was a kids show that came out called Skunk Fu. I kind of liked it for some reason...
Probably because I am obsessed with martial arts.

I know lots of 'em but I won't bother posting all of em. I've kept up with almost everything from the '90s onward to a degree that I feel satisfied with, but one always stuck out further than any of the others. FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST (not Brotherhood though). This show launched my interest in philosophy.

FMA is a must if you're into Anime
But I also have large doses of Case closed (a old Manga and Anime from 1996-ongoing) and Axis powers hetalia
I think Case closed is one of the best cartoon/animes I've ever seen on TV, anyone that hasn't watched a episode or two I could recommend it.
