You don't have to type out a conversation which would last all the way to the downtown area, but you don't need to skip to there just yet, I mean, they haven't even figured out how they're getting there... (or asked their parents, but I wouldn't worry about that at all.) You could have them talk a bit about how they're getting there or what they're gonna do when they get there. I'm just noticing that you guys were having trouble thinking of what to do, so you might wanna take this whole pre-leaving thing as far as you can before you rush into a potentially disastrously-boring arc.

By the way guys, in case anyone hasn't found out yet: one of my characters is going to visit RV soon, barring an objection from one of two players. Hopefully it'll help them gain some momentum...

No need. I just want them to at least give how they get down town. It would at least give them some time to think up some interesting things to make happen before jumping into the new arc...

I already approved of it, go look at the joining-process on the first page of the OOC to know what to do next. While you wait, you can go read some of the posts from the current day.

Well, I need to tell you a bit about Black. He's quiet, and can be scary at times though he honestly means no harm. He's an open book, willing to listen to problems, though you may not always get a response. He'll wonder off a a bit with out saying anything, and can sometimes disappear for hours on end, then just show up randomly when you're least expecting it.

You know what? Nobody's approving right now, which is very annoying. So here's how it is: I'm taking emergency action as GM.

All the characters who are waiting for 3 people to approve can just go, because we need to get this thing rolling and nobody's doing anything about that.
(That means you Hyper and Zalgo and anyone I forgot.)

Guys, you NEED to give me alot more leeway: I CANNOT RUN ALL THE ARCS AT ONCE RIGHT NOW. Maybe when everyone else goes back to school, I will: remember, I am NOT IN HIGH SCHOOL, and THIS IS NOT THE SAME KIND OF "BREAK" FOR ME. I am not even at home right now: I'm at my parents/grandmother's house, and I don't even have a place to sleep.

I know all of you have more time right now, but I have less, and I'm in alot of RPs right now where I have this situation. Please give me more leeway right now.

Last time we went to the mall, we ended up trying to do a bit of a zoo arc. I'd say stall for a bit and collect your ideas by having your characters figure out how they're getting there and go there.
