Ventus , despite knowing a few herbs in case he needed , decided that he would probably be not much help at the moment , since they already had an expert , so he just stood around , just to see how things would go.

after finished with the ropes , Rocea just went around the ship , looking around (mostly to find where they keep the rum) , hopefully she would meet a rat or two , just to see if she could find Ventus.

"I am tired..." The dog complains, her ears drooping for a moment before she yawns again, turning her head to face the seagull. "But relieved vee are to be back to roaming zeh seas. As fun as islands can be, it can get to be quite boring after awhile.
And what of you Sir Cedwik? Av you run into any trouble yet today?" There was a hint of a smile on her muzzle.

blacks soon was doing nothing and went to the powder stores

Dune stood up and decided to explore the rest of the ship. She eventually stumbled upon the powder stores and saw Blacks. "Hi Blacks." Dune greeted with a smile.

blacks looked up before closing the door still not noticing tiki. "oh hey dune. whats up?'' blacks asked

tackles mom looks at pepito's head afte setting the small plate down. she tsks her tongue before rubbing the blood away. "nasty, all blood little cut, already healed over now not a big problem. pepito is lucky" tackles mom said

meanwhile pinch wore his hat and not his cloak while watching topsiders in the galley. the three rats there now were trying to lift a portion of bread away until the cook came in. he laughed a bit before moving down a bit getting closer until he was visible to the topsiders from across. he ran over to a spice pot opened it easily grabbed two bags and filled them a bit before jumping out and taking cover as the cook came back in. he waved at the topsiders as he leaned on the wood.

"Nothing much, I just finished swabbing the deck." Dune said, happy to see Blacks.

"How did that happen, Peipto?"
"I... do not know... I was not even aware that it had happened." Pepito puts up a paw to feel the wound.

"Only that the cook didn't wat to share the captain's breakfast with me. But he saw things my way in the end. So what were you saying last night about you and Jin? You said it was a long story and we've got time now so..." Cedric shrugs.

Blacks nods "I finished my dutys here below deck. so were good for today, it wont be long until work switches occur" blacks said with a smile

"Stint do you understand what he's saying. What are topsiders? This guy is being very rude and uncooperative."

"well the good thing is pepito you are able to go ahead and move around today, itll help your getting better. and make sure you drink a bit and eat other wise youll pass out."tackles mom said
meanwhile pinch was fighting two topsiders due to an unfortunate accident with the cook and another rat caught. causing him to be thrown overboard. "I told you to hide but no he didn't follow its his own fault!" pinch yelled at the two he fought
"LIAR! its your fault he was caught!" the topsider said clashing a needle to pinchs metal sword. he then looked around the hole they were in finding nothing until he saw a speck of movement in the distance of his ranger archers he trained the other day.

"so dune what did you think when you woke up on the ship after what happened last....night"blacks asked

"Well, I enjoyed last night. Considering it was the first night I've had someone to care about besides Christopher." Dune said, awkwardly rubbing her arm. "It was kind of shocking to wake up on the ship though."

blacks nodded and leaned against the wood."yeah i expected the captain to stay on the island one more day not get us on the ship."blacks said putting his paws into his pockets."wanna see my hideaway?" blacks asked in an idea.

Well then. Might as well. Dune thought. "Sure, why not." she said.

"The Topsiders are our enemies." Stint replied.

blacks amiled before leading dune to the main deck and walking over to the stern. he then climbed over to where most ship stern decor would be and stood at the simple gap that caved into the ship. in it where some pouches and a small bag. blacks waved dune over wqtching her in case of falls.

Dune followed after Blacks. When she got to the stern decor, she stumbled a bit.

a bit shaken blacks moves closer to dune unsure if she was to fall.

"It's okay." Dune said, regaining her balance. Unfortunately, she walked forward a bit and stumbled again.

this time blacks caught dune and helped her up. his face blushing slightly again as he looked at her eyes."a bit more care here dune the sways are different. but its got a nice view and not many remember this spot of the ship."blacks said

"Thanks." Dune said, slightly blushing. "You're right, it is a nice view."

"mmmhmm. i love it at night when the sea acts as a large mirror." blacks said as his stomach growled slightly. his blush was lost as he slowly went for one bag and pulled out some fruit from the island. he then handed one to dune."forgot about breakfast. dont always feel hunger when on a ship"blacks said standing back next to dune again

"Sounds beautiful." Dune agreed. Her stomach growled. "Huh, I didn't even notice I was hungry. Thanks." Dune said, taking the fruit.

blacks smiled leaning close to dune as he ste his fruit slowly.

Dune wrapped her arm around Blacks, taking a bite of her fruit.

blacks smiled some more. soon he finished his fruit and then he sat down into the gap

Dune sat down next to Blacks and leaned her head on his shoulder. "I'm glad I met you." she said.

Pepito tries and fails again to sit up. "Perhaps... Perhaps I will stay here a while longer..." he suggests. Tackle claps him on the shoulder.
"It's alright. Take your time. There's no rush fro you to be back in service."

"me too" blacks said. meanwhile on the main deck the captains first mate was checking on the dutys on the ship and who was now working the positions. james reviewed to him who was out now and who finished

pinch however was now walking back to the city, after his small fight with the topsiders he was able to finish a small job and return easily.

"How can they be your enemies you all live on the same ship and you all smell the same?"

"So, do you think anyone will come looking for us?" Dune asked.

"not for now." blacks said

"I don't think you ever told me how you came on board this ship." Dune said.

"james and i sailed on a dihngy for awhile after our last ship mutineyed and left us. we hit a storm and took some damage before we found this boat. when it sunk due to damage we were stuck here and became crew.....then i found you with the crew on the island"blacks explained

"Wow. I wonder what would've happened if your last ship hadn't mutinied you." Dune said, wrapping her arms around Blacks waist.

blacks leaned closer to dune and huged her back."i dont know. but i hope we dont run into it."blacks said

"Don't worry. If we do run into them, I'll protect you." Dune said, smiling.

Rocea , after a loooong search around the ship without success to find and rat at all ( which is kind of weird , but then again ,it wasn't like she actually put effort into it) , decided to go somewhere higher to have another look.......nah , she would rather just find somewhere at the front of the ship and watch the water again...

blacks gave a small chuckle at the comment."i think its me who would be protecting you. "blacks aaid in return smiling also before kissing dunes cheek and continuing to hug her.
