Yes, so far he's done quite well with the story-weaving, and he does seem to be improving on using the system...

Thanks. :D Couldn't have done it without help though (a lot of it).
There's still 1 open spot in the SRP if your interested in participating. ;)

I'm liking the intrigue here. So who bet on Flynn? some deity of tricksters, like Loki or something? some deity of deceit? some deity of luck or something?
I want to know.

So everyone else gets the message that they're in a game, and Flynn is stuck thinking it was a weird dream? There better be an "or was it?" box of cards when he wakes up or that's no fair.
Though I guess there is the fact that Flynn is likely to try and win without even knowing it's a game.

okay good. I guess he can slip his $20 in the box with the cards to save carrying space. unless the German Shepherd took that with him, since he technically did win it in that game.

Hey Roarin, I would've waited for us to start walking down the cave before pulling that on us... We were kinda about to head in that direction anyway, and now the setting's starting to get cluttered with all the stuff that's going on...

Sorry sorry! >_< I haven't forgotten about this. I don't really have an excuse for not keeping this moving (as it is evident I am still active on other rps, I could say academic stuff...but not really >_<), but I do apologize again for the abrupt stop. I got the map for the pub down and I'm workin on the town. Things should be up and running by sometime tomorrow.

Due to WolvenPaw15's absence from the SRP, not responding to PMs and his absence for the site for 11 days. As of today his character is Inactive. His character is therefore free to anyone who is willing to play his character.
Upon his return he may reclaim it and until then (or if someone adopts Ian), his character will be considered non-existent in the RP.

sometimes you've got to press your luck a little.
hey, it's hard writing a charismatic character when you're not that good at socializing

how to socialize: Seth's three step plan
1)Have swag
2)turn it on
3)Talk loudly about yourself regardless of the circumstances or conversation.
Hope that helps.

The ferret shrugged. “Don’t know. Nevar asked. But he’s stuck here with meh for tha time bein. Help me keep an eye on tha town… As long as ah keep an eye on him…
“Donneh! Git tha lost n found box will yeh!?”
“I hear ya boss!”
Some rustling could be heard in the backroom and minute later the raccoon pushed the door open, dragging a wooden chest behind him.
Scratch looked straight at Donneh with a knowing smirk, giving him a knowing smirk, "Why thank you Donneh." She glanced over at Romulus, her tone abnormally cheery, possibly from a hint of sadism, "Hey Rom, by the way, I heard some rumors about a pick-pocket in town. You plan on doin' anything to him when he gets caught?"
It's FINGER-SNAPPIN TIME!

Roarin, look at my sheet: they found the lighter on the beach and it's in the vest pocket with the apples and the crystal.

These were the items in the jacket pockets:
- Fingerless leather Gloves
- Multi-Tool
- 6 Small pencils
- Miniature Camera
- Walkie-talkie (( granted, not very useful ))
- Small pack of Crayons
- 6 inch assisted-opening combat knife (under jacket) nope
- Light Kevlar pads around upper-torso added into jacket probably not

Maybe you meant the Multi-Tool? It was one of her major items that came up...
That, and the leather gloves are part of her aesthetic.

Upon quasi official review of the postages!!!
Yeah... I could have sworn I gave you matches or something else >_<, whoops.
Err... I'm trying to space out the times she gets back all her stuff...
Hmm... I guess she could find the gloves in the pockets.

Whatever, just keep things moving. I'll have her actually check the pockets in a second...

The only mega-useful thing in her lost-items list is the Multi-Tool. The Camera is nice too, but I don't see water-logged crayons and pencils becoming a major boon to her unless you have a challenge involving coloring books...

Hey, guys. Since you all are moving around the town right now I wanted to ask your opinion on something.
Concerning the movement in towns and solely in towns. Would you guys prefer it if you moved in a...

Grid like fashion?: Your character would progress through the map square by square (look at Hyper's map from Aecros for example) , "Go to A1, B2, etc etc. This'll probably give you guys a more exact location of where you are at and it'll kinda track the time better.

Or would it better if I made a list of key/discovered locations and you could pick and fast travel to them?
Ex: -Wasting Time (Bar)
- Artemis's House
- Town Square
- Northern Exit
- Etc etc etc This could probably cut down on unnecessary transition time and speed the Rp/storyline up.

Each choice comes with a map.

I have another question 4 you guys. The Hunger, health, thirst, energy stuff. You want to keep it around, or discontinue the use of it?
- (Yay?)
- (Nay?)

EDIT: And I got a rough draft of the map of Cotopaxi up. Questions? Comments? Concerns?

I don't mind it. I kinda hate how a lot of Roleplaying just kinda forgets that you need your character to eat, sleep, drink, ect.
