Hey guys, bit of a warning: whenever characters pile up in the same place, things slow to a crawl. Don't be too quick to have all your characters meet up. Carnivals are in town for several days, and not every character has to meet this soon.

I'd say if most of the characters are going to be at the carnival, keep them in groups of 2 or 3 most of the time, and avoid having one big one as much as possible.

Scratch is a brown, north American raccoon who disappeared from the hospital last night.
She is very sick, and may be experiencing paranoid hallucinations.
She is believed to have a self-inflicted wound sustained in a panic when she escaped hospital.
She was last seen in the south district of Edge City, and was apparently hallucinating that strange men were trying to hurt her.

I love her very much, and want to see her again. So if you see her, please contact me as soon as possible.

This bends the rules, seeing as Parker is pretty much fully possessed by him at this point, but at the same time, it's still character control. Harlequin Red, feel free to NOT do whatever Charlie makes you do. It seems like he's just trying to move things along for you in your absence...
