Appearance: A white unicorn pony with a black mane and tail with, starry yellow streaks running through them. A bit on the lean side, and a bit tall, well taller than most ponies his age. His eyes are a midnight blue, with small golden specks in them, reflecting that of a star filled night sky.

Personality: Quite intellegent, but not the kind to spill information out when it isn't wanted. For the most part he is a night pony, meaning he usually stays up all night, and when he is out and about in the day, he is tired, rather or not he actually sleeps is known to few.

Cutie mark Appearance: A yellow star with yellow and blue striped tail running behind it

Cutie mark Info: On a night when he was a young colt, he could not get to sleep, his parents had tried everything, nothing had worked, so his father took him outside to show him the constelations, the more he looked, the more awestruck he became. It was then a shooting star streaked across the sky, and he was told to make a wish, and it was then he decided that he wanted to be able to see a starry sky like this every night, and it was later that night, his cutie mark appeared

Other Info: He is quite talented with his magic and he almost always has something sweet with him, most likely chocolate, or a strawberry. His mane appears to be bedhead, but in truth it is styled, so its smooth and not tangled. but still quite messy. He has a couple of other hobbies as well, other than star gazing, he likes to bake and sing but his only slightly good at those

That was right in front of your characters! You're complaining that things don't happen, then ignoring when things do! :<

this is a public place we're going into, and 3 out of 4 of the characters in the group are new in town and don't know if there's anything out of the ordinary about a hooded figure going in, so it would make sense for our characters to not see it.
Penwrite may notice, but there wasn't really any big thing to draw his attention that way, so it would also make sense for him to not notice.

Well I wasn't even sure if anyone had noticed what was going on. I expected Naylorfan to mention whether or not Penwrite noticed it...

I think you should add some formatting and make it look like the other character sheets, but other than that, you're good for me... Anyone else have any comments?

If he's only 17 and everypony else is in their 20s, then they would be inclined to shelter him from all the crazy stuff they're doing. At 19, he's expected to be responsible for his own decisions, and therefore, it's not their fault if they let him come along on something dangerous and he gets hurt.

So, as for the current day, it's raining and we're all finishing up our recovery from the previous night. Hate is now accusing Navy of being some sort of evil spellcaster, despite her being an Earth Pony, and Navy would be off with Sunset, but I don't know what happened to CTC...
