Grape's eyes widened in fear of what was just spoken.
They turned away from her, facing toward two fancy double doors at the front of the church, two of the three got on both sides and opened both doors simultaneously in front of the third.
The third started speaking by himself.
“This machine was made for the purpose of keeping the time stream intact. If you put a living being inside this capsule, the machine will break down every atom of the body and split each individual atom. The energy released from the atom will be harnessed inside the chamber, travel along the wire, and into the watch when it is plugged in, essentially recharging it. Why don't we have a demonstration? Mm?”
“Release him!” The third yelled to the other two who were standing beside the doors.
When the third moved out of the way Grape got a better view of the machine. It was large, with what looks like a glass cylinder which must be the “Chamber”
The two pulled out Bud from the chamber, dragging him toward the machine. He must have been knocked out because he wasn't moving.
“Hey! Let go of my friend!” Grape yelled to the two as they opened the chamber.
She started running toward the front of the church, knowing that if they killed Bud Peanut would never return to normal.
The two were distracted for a second, turning to look at the feline who was running toward them.
Grape ran up the front stairs, dodging a blow thrown by the first, and ran straight toward the other two, she jumped as hard as she could toward one of them, causing them to go off balance and stammer backwards.
He fell straight into the chamber, and the second he did, the doors closed.
He got up inside the chamber and started banging on the Glass, yelling something to the others.
The other two dropped Bud and ran toward the back of the church, covering there eyes.
Grape stayed up on the front stage and watched as the Chamber lit up really bright, then turned red.
She was in trance by the light, until a bright flare of white light burst out like turning a strong flashlight on in your face.
She stammered back shielding her eyes, but it was too late, everything was red, all she could see was red.
She fell down the stairs as she was walking backwards, landing on her back.
She closed her eyes one more time, and opened them up again to try to regain vision.
When she opened them she saw Charlotte standing over her, worried.
Grape got up and looked around, she was back in the Hotel lobby.
“What happened” Charlotte asked.
Sorry, but i have a life other then the computer you know.
