SO! I decided that I couldn't deal with there being a whopping 0 Housepets! fanmixes on 8tracks, and as usual, took matters into my own hands. I figured that I'd do Grapenut first, but this mix sort of fell together while I was listening to the titular track on repeat. So here it is! The official first 8tracks Housepets mix!
UPDATE! Now 25% more compliant with forum rules, and happier to boot.
Tracklist
1. Fix You- Coldplay
2. Little Talks- Of Monsters And Men
3. Dead Sea- The Lumineers
4. A Sky Full Of Stars- Coldplay
5. Riptide- Vance Joy
6. Burning Bridges- OneRepublic
7. The Cave- Mumford & Sons
8. On Top of the World- Imagine Dragons
Happy listening!

Re: A Kingley Fanmix
That was interesting.
Some of the songs were really depressing for a topic thats supposed to bring joy though.
Other than that, I liked the mix.

Yeah, it is a little sad. I like to try to hit all the different aspects of a relationship, and King and Bailey have gone through... a lot. To say the least.
I think my favorite song from the list is probably "The Cave." I know it seems kinda morbid for a relationship that ended up so well, but it helps if you think of King saying the bridge to Pete in the milkshake shop at the end of Heaven's Not Enough.
"So make your siren's call
And sing all you want
I will not hear what you have to say
'Cause I need freedom now
And I need to know how
To live my life as it's meant to be."
Man. It'd be a powerful "screw off" to Pete, especially if you see it as King finally accepting that he can be happy with Bailey.
But I may have overdone it with the sad. Perhaps it could use one extra track at the end, something else of a more uplifting nature? Yeah, probably.

Re: A Kingley Fanmix
Maybe this song could relate to the Pridelands and it's Housepets fans:
Lion- Hollywood Undead
This is probably the theme song for the die hard Pridelands fans.
