Time for another one-off! This one is about Fox and Allegra. Enjoy.

Today was like any other day. Fox was sitting under a tree in the park reading a good book. No work to distract him, no Bino telling him what to do, all seemed good. He was caught in middle of a great chapter when he heard a familiar voice.

“Hey Fox. Mind if I join you?” said a familiar voice.

Fox was caught off guard. He knew who that voice was from. He looked up and saw a calico cat with strips on her back, bright yellow eyes, and a green collar. It took him seconds to realize it was Allegra, a cat that only a few knew he had a crush on.

“Oh hey Allegra. What was the question again?” said Fox.

“I asked if I could join you. I just got this book To Kill a Mockingbird, and I noticed you were just sitting here reading, so I thought, why don’t we just hang out? If that’s okay with you?” said Allegra.

“S-sure. That’s alright.” said Fox.

Allegra sat next to Fox and nestled into him as she got out her book and started to read. Fox got a little nervous at first, but eventually he gave in and went back to reading his book.

“You know I never realized how soft huskies were until now.” said Allegra as she snuggled close to Fox.

“Um, thanks.” said Fox as he started to blush.

The two continued to read as the sun began to set.
