Awesome update! I can't wait to see where King isgoing with this. There is just one thing that is bugging me, though: What is the writer talking about when he has King saying that Peanut is Tarot's avatar? I thought that Tarot was the avatar for the Spirit Dragon. My main problem with this chapter is that it looks like a dream sequence of sort.
1) this timeskip is useless. There could've been enough drama in a week's absence and give the other characters the time to interact in a most proper way
2) it's poorly managed: all of a sudden, everyone's reacting like 'oh, found a trace on Peanut we've been missing from one year? Yes dear Grape, since I don't have anyone else to loose, please get lost soon in NY with a PETA guy'
3) I'm still not getting King.
4) It's not conveying any emotions, while the previous chapters made for stronger empathic reactions. This chapte is...like lukewarm water.

So, it's meh!

Yeah, I must agree with Valerio, it's like a completely different story now. And I almost didn't get that there was a skip at first.

Well it certainly was in the beginning, but ever since chapter 10 I've been having mixed feelings. It was such a big turn in mood and style that I still didn't recover. Since then events seem a little bit rushed too. And the author has also completely 'borrowed' the whole Res scene and even hung a lampshade on it. I dunno. I'll see where it's going, but I'm no longer so enthusiastic.
