Ok, so I think we should resolve this animal control thing as quickly as possible. I'm not saying it shouldn't be finished properly, but people are getting tired of dramatic stuff, so at least try to get it finished.

I agree, Pepper is freaking out about Sal, and this is his first experience with the neighbourhood. I'm looking forward to the things to the more lighthearted things to come though, I'd like Pepper to meet more pets under... better circumstances? =P
