As for your IRC problem, Crimson, how did you try and access IRC? I doubt that they've managed to block ALL programs. mIRC, the gamesurge website, chatzilla (if you use firefox), IceChat, and more.

And if all else fails... There's PM's. You can send a PM to more than one person at once; you have a posting order, so you're all good to go if you do that.
