Argent and Keesha if possible may I request a slight pause for a min, I've been a bit busy and cannot make a dedicated post in the arc at the moment and I fear I may get left behind. I will post sometime today when work gets done.

You can always do the head tramma blacking out thing.
Huh. How did we get here? What's going on. Ect. To keep catching. Up

You can pop up any time you can justify the narrative. Maybe the animals fleeing the hunters can fall down a rabbit hole. Why would a rabbit have a hole in the forest? Well, I did when I was a kid, dug a tunnel under a huge lantana thicket, polished the thorns off the branches, and made a cave.

MarineFox - why do you think I'm stalling like anything to let you make the tag? Doc needs to fine Koa, not a weasel who's run out of ritalin.

Argent its more appropriate to wait kindly. Instead of posting to stall.

Cinnamon's bag contains: first aid kit. Half a roll of duct tape. A working flashlight. A broken flashlight. An electronics toolkit. Three good AA batteries and one slightly leaky-looking one all lying loose in the bottom among drifts of screws and scraps of wire. A soldering iron. A broken palm pilot. A padded mailer containing a replacement screen for a different model of palm pilot. A travel-pack of kleenex. A change-purse containing six dollar bills and 47 cents in change and a wad of paper that used to be a copy of his license and the Walton's rescue permit. A chemical light stick. A sewing kit with all the needles missing (one of them is loose in the detritus at the bottom of the bag). A cellphone, which he's forgotten about, or he'd have already called the clinic.

What if Moonbeam meets up with us along the trail on the way back? Or he could be waiting at the clinic.

No this sucker is electrical.
I just need the plutonium to generate the 1.22 jiggawatts, the flux capacitor needs to make the time jump.

I'm fresh out of plutonium, sorry. Would uranium do instead? :P Or perhaps some trash, if you have a Mr. Fusion to put it in?

She whispers to her husband "He wants us to put him down! We can't do that, can we?"

"Technically, we can, but we won't, not for a broken leg!"

After a hurried conversation, she returns to the phone.

"Sir, if you won't take responsibility, ..." She holds the phone away from her ear for a minute before trying again. "Are you abandoning this dog? I don't have to listen to that kind of... hello? Hello?"

She tries dialing again, and gets no answer. After another minute she returns to the exam room.

Be careful here guys, If Koa's owner doesn't surrender ownership of him, the vet will legally HAVE to put him down.

Is that canon in "pet friendly" states and areas? That's not universally the law even in decidedly pet-unfriendly universes like ours: pets can be removed from abusive owners, and abusive owners can be fined or otherwise sanctioned.

Sorry about not posting! I've been busy with school and stuff. I have the majority of my next post typed out and I should have it either tonight or tomorrow, depending on how busy I am when I get home. I have been keeping up with the RP though, so I'll try and get back into things as soon as possible!

Rick has said, that laws in pet friendly pretty much follow are RL laws.

RL laws vary from state to state and in most states authorities can take pets from neglectful or abusive owners.

Problem = solved. I hope. :)

Just to clarify, is the time elapsing for our characters in the IC thread supposed to be about equivalent to the rate of passage in our world? Or can we sort of speed things along a bit if necessary?

lol I'm one of the smart kids in my class so that's why I'm posting so much. Like right now I'm sitting in my spanish class right now typing this. and i think we need to alteast wait till doc finishes with helping tesla and zanna before we do any big time skips.

lol that most recent post is gonna make me cry. And I'm a kind of person who does cry much. (Which is why I RP, Because I can experience things I don't normally experience). Koa is the exact opposite of my personality, he is the kind of person I want to be lol.

I don't see there's any reason to avoid skips in the narrative for hours or days or weeks, as necessary. Anyone else? GM Rules?

I have a question.

If I wanted to bring someone in like, another pet would I be able to. The pets is much of a main character or a guest but she would be in the middle.

Maybe it will help if I explain: I'm wanting to bring in a character and this character would act as koa girlfriend that he met along time ago.

Do I still need to create a character sheet for her, or can she just kinda be there.

Hm... Sure bring her in. But I'd like to know how long she'll be around

Well right now I'm debating it, but if I decide to make her a main character, after her visit, would you accept her in here when I make the sheet?
