Bye Neon and good luck.

Um...so what happens now? I was going to wait for a reply from Hutch before having Stryder leave the shop. Also, how will the trip to get city records work then? (I ask because Stryder isn't fully sure what they would be looking for. Neither do I for that matter). If we would like to delay getting city records until Neon gets back that is easy enough to do (I can just write that Adam got distracted by friends and such, I intended him to be a little late anyway, so I could have him not get back until late).

I was wondering that too.
I guess Flynn could suggest they go to the park or to his house and they could meet Blick and Mercury along the way and all go for candy together.

Heh, I was waiting for someone to fall off the swings. I did think it would be Senka though since she's only just learning to use them.

Here's hoping Blick remembers her appointment.

Argent: still waiting for Sixtoes to reply to Joan and John.

Argent wrote:"Don't you get the same benefits from friendship with your own species I mean really but... hold on, got a text."

He pulls his phone out and grins, ears happily alert, when he sees the message.

"See I told you they forgot that I was doing my chores this afternoon 'cos I was going to be busy this morning! Score!"
"I told you they hadn't forgotten about you. even if they did forget about your chores. So what are you going to do with your new-found free time?"

I can't wait for the other pets to get to the park.

I apologise for the fact that I'm obviously going to go over the advised six post a day thing today but it is kind of an unusual situation. The discussion between myself and 69 somehow became, 'how can we accidentally destroy Chip's home to clear her moving in with the guys?' (started after Faust went flying) and this kinda developed.

And Leslie's still squatting on a bin and having a lovely time.

Heh, I've certainly done it before. I'm sure we can look the other way just this once. But try not to make a habit of it, OK? ;)

Hey guys! I need to ask a question; has RA become more dramatic than when you first joined? Like, character drama as opposed to situational

More dramatic characters perhaps but no more dramatic.

Not always a bad thing. It just causes character development and makes the character deeper.

No no, I'm not saying it's a bad thing, I just noticed that RA has become a little more heavy handed than it used to be and wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one seeing it, my main concern being that I'd prefer that RA not to become a drama puddle because the forums already have a few of those... Anyways, Thanks for the feedback!

EDIT: That didn't sound like I wanted it to... But yeah, drama is fine and great to have, but it's easy for it to take over an RP really quickly

I see what you mean, Esper. I think once the rabbits sort everything out it'll settle down a bit, from where I stand, at least. We'll make sure it doesn't get out of hand though.
Laxan and I also have a bit of situational drama planned for Radar though. ;)

drama is a good thing..
I like housepets the WHOLE lot more, during the drama arcs, than the silly arcs.

It's good once in a while but we need to set limits. I made my characters a little bit dramatic but I'm doing my best to change that.

I agree drama can add some nice depth to characters, but too much can ruin it. Stryder does have some drama coming up, though I haven't decided when that will be. Might not be for a while.

As much as possible I will wait for at least 3 arcs before I put in the drama if we ever reach that far.

She's resisting eating a mouse, that's pretty dramatic for a cat.

I'll give Rook a bit more time before I 'move time forward' as he once put it (and authorised me to do)

Be careful putting limits on Drama.
That has been tried before by Buckadida in RV with disastrous results.
There was complaints of too much action and drama, run in's with animal control, dark themes.
So there was a push to do lightheartedness RP.
The Rp ground to a halt, an even the people who wanted less drama and action quit..

I think R.A at the moment is pretty balance when it comes to theme , so if we just don't go too far from how we're now , it would be fine , you don't have to force the peacefulness , if the drama naturally happen , then let it happen , just don't over do it . But maybe it's just me :P

I remember this.
And agree, that if it happens it happens but try not to force it either way.

I agree with both of you. We won't let it go overboard but I think what we have now is OK. Just as long as Nadia doesn't go breaking any more doors down. ;)
I'll warn in advance that there's got to be a little incdent with Radar too but 1) we haven't quite worked out what yet and 2) it's necessary for Richard to end up adopting Radar and thus making Radar stay in town.

^Pretty much what he said. We needed a reason for Radar to stay in town since she's a nomad and Hlaoroo volunteered Richard to adopt her. So we have an idea for how that's going to go about but it's not quiet yet.
