Re: HPU:Richmond Acres OOC
I'm lost, can someone give me a run down of what's going on?
Re: HPU:Richmond Acres OOC
Nadia, Flynn and Flukely were playing volleyball while the others were in the grass. Flukely is late for hunting practice, so he ran around telling everyone goodbye as fast as he could. He kissed Tesla on the forehead before actually leaving.

Re: HPU:Richmond Acres OOC
what kind of hunting practice is this gonna be may I ask ?
Re: HPU:Richmond Acres OOC
I believe I said it was simply bird relocation. His parents call it hunting practice because the team has to hunt down the injured birds.

Re: HPU:Richmond Acres OOC
hunt down the injured birds ? so......tracking sort of things ?
Re: HPU:Richmond Acres OOC
Yes! That's is what it is. Flukely is part of a team to track down injured birds and relocate them to a safer environment to heal properly.

For those who think that was rather a ... restrained reaction by Kilo, you can assume he used some other words.

Heh. I think Kilo is too much of a gentlemouse to do that. Besides, there are ladies present.
So, how's everyone doing? LC? Roarin? You guys doing okay? We haven't seen you for a while.

Actually, LC, we're trying to get people to post more, if possible. Technically that limit is still in place but no one is really anywhere close to reaching it. So you can post as much as you like and not worry. You'll be fine.
We might even lift the max from 3 to 4 or 5 depending on what activity does.

Re: HPU:Richmond Acres OOC
Edited to add more information about the jug.
For those wondering what the puzzle jugs Piper's talking about look like, they're like this but there's a huge variety with different descriptions and different kinds and colours of pottery. They're about the same size as a large mug, maybe a little bigger.
The trick to drinking from them is that you need to figure out which holes to cover. The secret is that there's three of those little spouts sticking out from the top, and all of them are connected to tubes that run inside the clay of the jug. One opens under the water so you can suck from it and drink but the other two connect to the drinking one so they have to be covered so that one can suck up the water like a straw. It's funny to see people sucking and covering different combinations of holes or just trying to cover the holes in the neck and pouring the drink all over themselves! Some of them also have more discrete or hidden holes on the side that have to be covered before you can suck. Each one is also unique so a person can't just move from one to another and know how to do it.
Yeah, I'm going with late afternoon unless there's any objections?Esper wrote:I'm pretty sure it's mid/late afternoon

No fair. I can't see it either. FA doesn't support hotlinking and when I try to copy/paste the url it still doesn't work.
Can you upload it anywhere else or just give us a link to the submission instead of the image, LC?

Yes, John, you are. Now get back IC and take your punishment.
That mascot looks like a proper fursuit to me. It's cool!
My school never had a mascot.

Re: HPU:Richmond Acres OOC
Yes I am fine. It didn't really help that the feet on the older suit are like slip on and your feet just dangle inside of it... But yeah. I got sweat in my eye and it started to sting so I left the area took my head off and was like "I give up" I just couldn't stand wearing that costume anymore. let alone inside. Head didn't fit right on anyone. and if you don't understand in that picture. I wasn't actually looking at the camera. my head was facing the right side. My vision was severely limited. whenever I walked I had to follow someone's feet. because of where the mouth vision was located. And lastly it smelled inside the head ... granted I sprayed it down with some febreeze to make it more bearable but it barely helped. Oh and it has a fan inside as well but I couldn't fix it because I cant get the wires to stay connected to the battery. over all that suit is literally a walking carpet. and you wanna know how much it cost? around 700 dollars because I found basically the same thing on another site for that suit.

use a product called EndBac, think of it as super strong Lysol.
Wearing a head cowl will also help protect the inside of the head as well.
