He was in the exam room getting his eyes cleaned out but I think he wandered out when the commotion started.

With regards to my last post, "Freedom House" is just a working name until I (or one of you guys) comes up with something better.

Also, I hope that explanation for the ruin of the old town is satisfactory.

He could still be in the exam room, but pretty soon Sandy and Cinnamon will be showing up to scoot him into the lobby ("Waiting Room") with the rest. If I might be so bold, Keeshah, Friday might want to ask for volunteers to help with the search for the poachers?

It's already been at least 10 hours since the lightning. That means it's likely either neurological damage or conversion disorder ("hysterical blindness"). Samantha thinks she's eliminated the former. The latter could take days or weeks for his sight to come back, therapy can really help.

true Conversion disorder is more likely, I forgot that flash blindness only lasts like few minutes, I think I will change the post for that disorder instead.

The houses are farther apart, obviously. There are alleyways and paths between each one. Most of the larger ones have two floors, the ones that don't have additions that go out, not up.

Koa is the one who's supposed to be tied in to the chair. Because he keeps trying to walk on a broken leg, expedient walking cast or not, he just broke it last night.

Would animals use masks or fake scents to disguise themselves? What parts of their muzzles or pelts would they most need to hide to avoid identification? Or is that just play-acting? YES I KNOW I'M OVERTHINKING THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I think the bandannas were to act like air filters to keep the dust away... I think. Also I think just covering any identifying marks would be disguise enough.

Actually, if you look back to pages 58-59 that family only has a rabbit.

But Koa doesn't know its them who've offered yet.
