But the weird thing is, is that the hospital part of town was shut down.

Well, the theatre is home for Kelly, JD and the troupe. They have barracks there in one of the arms of the T. Were they supposed to be evacuated from that part of the city? I don't think I ever chose a building either. I think you allocated me that, but that's OK, I'm not objecting.
I have a feeling that people wouldn't build a theatre and a hospital adjacent to each other for some reason but I'm not to sure why... Probably because both need quite a lot of space to fit everything in...

Perhaps I'll just have Kelly roam the streets and put up some posters and see if she happens to bump into anybody along the way. She could even pop into the hospital to ask a nurse if she could put a poster on a noticeboard in there and meet Gionni, Noah and the others while she's there.

I think the theater has a great location where it is. Everyone walks by it on the way to the park, but if you want to move it, you can.
I'll just move the hospital closer to Atlas Inc.

There is only one police station here, but that still works.
After reading your character bio, this sounds waaay to much like "Almost Human".
Your stat points totaled up to 97, which exceeds the stat points given GREATLY.

Even though I'm all for new characters, I'm not exactly sure how well your character was thought out.
I also don't want an excessive amount of guest characters on here (like I can say much about that).
Your more than welcome to try again.

One thing that I'm not sure that I specified is that equipment are not mods.
If you want a bullet proof vest, just make sure he only wears it during work.
If you want a speed mod, just say so. Cy-pets get 2 mods, and artificial eyes for just vision do not count.

Also, my character sorta already has a stun gun arm, and two characters cant have the same mod. At least thats what I think, given all the fuss that was made when howler and cyan both wanted to have teleportation.

If the gun is implemented in the arm, that is a mod.
No, you can't have the same mod.
Unless, there is obvious differentiation.
So, Noah has a stun gun arm.
Dust has an arm that manipulates several miniature arms.
Say, your character wants to shoot something too.
How about Lasers?
Lasers are different because they burn, not stun.

I have the seen where noah wakes up kinda planed in my head, so neon, I'd like it if you'd have the doctor say that he (Noah) could wake up in anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days. If that's alright.

I'm thinking of a few scenarios at the moment. Since the legs were examined, it triggered a security protocol that causes the environment to rapidly freeze. The only thing I can't think of is where to have a frozen structure in Apollo City.
