So, my fellow RPers I've been thinking - maybe I should rejoin AG? However, I don't feel Martin will be a good choice, so I came up with a new idea - a different approach. I asked Brent about it, I gave him a rough concept and he asked me to present the CS here. So I shall do.

I present you:

Name: Asger

Neighborhood: Applegate

Species: Gray wolf

Gender: Male

Age: 6(human) 21(pet)

Backstory:
Asger was chased away from his pack as a young pup, mainly because he was mute and weak. That very same inability to speak, however, was as much as a curse as it was a gift. For a long time the young wolf survived on berries and roots – too weak and inexperienced to hunt, but never backing down. Later on he was met by a crow, who called himself Sir Eric D’Crow. At first Asger was constantly running away from the bird, yet the Eric was not hostile and only sought Asger so he could watch after him. It took some time, but the young wolf got used to the crow and they became friends.
Asger was happy with his new friend, since the strange bird seemed to understand him perfectly. At first the wolf did not notice that fact, but as he grew up a bit more, he started to realize that Eric’s interest in him was more than just “To keep him out of harm and to have company”. He confronted the bird about it, but the feathered one did not gave him an answer. In fact Sir Eric D’Crow was silent for the entirety of Asgers energetic pawwaving. In the end the bird just told him to get a good night’s sleep and that he had something important to tell him the next morning and just flew off.
On that fateful next morning, Eric revealed to Asger that nature may have taken his voice from him, but as Mother Nature takes, so does she provide in return. In the young wolf’s case it was his telekinesis. However, the young wolf did not know what telekinesis is.
Eric showed him a simple rock on the ground. The crow asked the young lupine to lift the rock. Confused, Asger tried to reach for the stone with his paw, but he only succeeded to receive a light peck on the head. Sir Eric asked the wolf to try and lift the stone again, this time without moving from his spot. Asger energetically started protesting against what seemed to be an impossible task. He was once again pecked lightly. This time Sir D’Crow asked of the young lupine to focus on the stone and to want to lift it up…. It took him close to a day, before he finally succeeded in lifting the stone, even if it was barely above the grass. That was enough for the young canine, however. He spent the next day practicing with varying success, while Sir Eric was entertaining himself with the enthusiasm of the young Asger.
Over time and under the guidance of the wise crow, the young wolf traveled mountains and forests by day and trained his ability when it was no longer safe to go on. In his travels he passed by a lot of human settlements, camping areas or simple human camps in the forest, where he listened with fascination of a child the instruments of the humans.
His travels have currently led him to Applegate.

Personality:
Mute by birth, he’s not exactly talkative, spare the language of the paws.
He’s quite comfortable around avians, though being bullied and exiled have left him scared of the close proximity of other males and even some of the bigger females.
He’s not afraid only by humans who have music instruments.

Appearance:
His body is lean and his fur is mostly dark gray, spare his belly, chest, muzzle and his right paw, which are white. His left ear is black. He’s around 1,75 m high (5ft 9). His mane is black.
His eyes are green.
He wears a short camo cloak, which he received by a nice old military man as well as a sailcloth satchel to carry stuff with (or to carry Sir Eric D’Crow if he feels lazy). He also carries a single blank dog tag on a chain, given to him by the same person

Strengths and Weaknesses:
S - very trustworthy and loyal friend. Good keeper of secrets.
W – he usually relies on Sir Eric to speak for him, since he’s not very communicative to begin with

Other notes:
=> He's relatively skilled survivor, but does not know how to hunt, only to fish
=> he can still growl or whine, but those are quite weak and hard to notice

Strength - 6
Perception - 6
Endurance - 7
Charisma - 3
Intelligence - 7
Agility - 8
Luck – 5

Color – hardly needed.

Now you're probably going to ask yourselves - Wouldn't it be hard for him to communicate? Yes he might be doing simple things, but he can't write nor read (though he can count) so wouldn't it be a little bit too hard for him and those poor souls he would be trying to communicate with? Well, don't worry - I have just the solution:

Name: Sir Eric D’Crow

Neighborhood: Applegate

Species: Crow

Gender: Male

Age: ???

Backstory:
A mystery on his own, he arrived just in time to help a young wolf, whom he grew attached to.

Personality:
Same as many of his kind – he’s slightly egocentric at times, very moody and likes shiny things.
He often speaks for his young wolf friend and his manner of speech can sometimes be seen as insulting or comic by others, depending on the crow’s mood.

Appearance:
His plumage is completely black. His irises are silvery in color. He wears a small, thin (enchanted?) silver collar necklace with a tiny wooden medallion on it, which does not restrict his movement.

Other notes:
=> He likes listening to only certain types of music. Else he goes for a flight(?)
=> He’s a very fast flyer and very agile in the air

S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Strength – 2
Perception - 7
Endurance – 6 (airborne) / 3 (ground)
Charisma - 7
Intelligence - 8
Agility - 7
Luck – 5

Color – BF00FF

Looks great! My only concern is this:

Major Plot Twist!

Val, xhunter: It's up to you guys if you want Miles and Hubert to hear Lilly's call about Hazyl or not. They can't just rip the poltergeist out of Lilly though. That would hurt and could possibly if not probably kill Lilly. So they're going to need to find another way to get to the poltergeist and to save the ferret. It's also up to you guys whether or not your characters notice that Lilly has been possessed straight away or not or if they notice at all.

To all the players, Brent will be controlling the poltergeist and thus Lilly's body and speech but I'll still be posting Lilly's thoughts and responses to the poltergeist.

Well spotted, Miles.
Just so you know though, xhunter, Lilly's cane is folded up in her satchel. It's a collapsible cane. That said, her satchel is still hanging from her chair where she left it since it didn't occur to the poltergeist to collect it.

Unrelated to the current on-goings...

After a few slips earlier in the Applegate in-character thread, I've been entertaining the idea that Rena's a latent psychic. However, this much later, I'm still uncertain on if I'd like to go through with this idea or not. Given my indecision on the topic, I thought it'd help if I asked the thread to gather opinions on it to see if they help.

Good or bad? And while I may not need you to explain why you think it, I'd prefer you do. Might help to enrich my perspective on the idea.

so, has anyone heard from Hyper?
cause technically Meri was only taking Lily's body out to "check on Hazyl" to keep up her cover as best she can. and so I wasn't posting to wait on him.

I can figure out how to change my plans based on Lily's last post, but I'd still like to know why hyper hasn't been posting. (or on in the last week)
