Wandered around an enchanted, possibly haunted, house, looked into a strange fireplace with weird flames, eyes changed color to match those flames? Really? No one got that he's ensnared by the house's defenses and is waiting for whenever SOMEONE plans to start the "haunting" to get to work?
I am disappointed. Also feeling a touch of irritation that it looks like I'm going to be blamed for this rp failing, but oh well.

I wanted to apologize for sounding so confrontational in my last post. In all honesty, I'm as upset with myself as I am with any of you, maybe more so. I just have had an OOC moment telling everyone explicitly that Penwrite was supposed to be possessed by the house or whatever. So sorry. If you all want to continue this rp then that's great, and if anyone wants to give it up and start a new rp up then that's great too. I'm 100% behind whatever y'all want to do.

Re: MLP:FIM RP: Grand Castilia OOC Well, I have two responses to this: 1) If you're having trouble figuring out what to do next, think of Locke's character and go back and read the last few posts to get an idea of what he's going through right now. Locke's helping Navy (who he just met, but seems attracted to in a very silly way) raid the library of an abandoned mansion. She just told him that two living goddesses rule Equestria and that this family worshiped one of them. She also implied that he should know that that sort of thing happens. Now, Locke may or may not believe in any of this: he may have seen something of a "living god" (or whatever you want to call an immortal sun-raising alicorn), or he may not have, or he may HAVE seen one but think it's not real, or he may believe in things which aren't real at all. Anything goes here. He could also complain that Navy is a boring bookworm who complains too much and reads too many books. 2) I feel like I should note that Navy is a bookworm, and thus any "knowledge" she has is from things she's read and cross-referenced. For all we know, she could believe things that are entirely mythological in basis. (for instance, reading a foreign fairy-tale and thinking "hey, this type of thing exists in Equestria, it must exist there too!") Anyone else's observations of the real world can supersede her beliefs.

In short, there are 3 massive windows with arches at the top, looking over the canyon behind it. The center window is higher and cuts into the fourth floor where there is a balcony for it.
