Frankly, I consider that to be a good thing. It shows people are using the other communication methods available to them for idle chatter.

No. Just no. By no means is that an acceptable post for this thread. It gave me a smirk, but it's really spammy and not terribly conducive to discussion.

The List of Acceptable Topics no longer includes this thread itself in any capacity, including but not limited to how long it's been since the last post and who posts most frequently. Nor is it all right to exhort others to post more. Also, how many times do we really need to discuss the use of colored or transparent text? I would think all avenues of discussion regarding those topics have been pursued at this point. If you can make a contribution, feel free to continue, but it's not necessary to rehash this conversation every week or so.

For music discussion, use the music thread.
