to those playing in the pokepets neighborhood ill be making the ooc page for everyone to repost there CS for a final count then we will begin the IC! to know as of now we need the CS from:
spirit dragon
random geek
and korakc.
please get these to me by pm if possible or submit here. all together thats 8 players and lastly we need one more person to control the final trainer if interested.

I'll make a character for the avipets RP once the stat system is worked out for the magic powers.
Also, I'm wondering if I can make my villain sort of a "noble demon." As in, he still does evil things, but he's not gonna do stuff like steal a ball from little kids or murder a bunch of bystanders for no good reason.

technically, you only need all the character sheets before starting so the mods know the players are going to go through with playing, so I can give the permission before submitting my character sheet. I'll still try to get to it sometime soon, though.

So let me get this straight, we have to submit all of the character sheets to the GMs or create the ooc page with the character sheets and wait for the GMs approvals?

not 100% sure about this , but I think it's that you propose an idea for a RP here , once a mod approved of the idea and enough people shown their interest in that RP , then you could make an OCC for that RP alone so the RPers can post their character sheets there , once you have enough characters , you can start , if you're the one who make that RP then you are that RP's GM , you don't need other GM's approval for making a new RP

All you do is choose a neighborhood with a vacancy that you like, ask the GM if you can join, submit a character app, and start RPing!
It's really easy once you start it.

Now, here's a character sheet~

Name: Spott (Not a typo, actually spelled that way)
Species: Fennec Fox
Age: 16 Human Years/ 56 pet years (This makes her seem so old!)
Personality: Shy and quiet, she mostly keeps to herself and people she's close to. You will often find her curled up with a book or five, deep into whatever Romance or Adventure novel she's reading. She tries to avoid people, and doesn't usually want to make new friends. Although shy, quiet, and seemingly harmless, she will fight valiantly for those who are close to her.
Appearance: Cream colored with black tips on her ears. She has green eyes, and she has six black dots surrounding her left eye. She wears a large gray and pink backpack everywhere, and refuses to take it off in most cases. She wears a pink musical note necklace.

Other notes
- She hates tomatoes
- She's very tech savvy
- She loves to run

S.P.E.C.I.A.L
Strength - 7 Carrying 12 books home on foot does require some strength, y'know.
Perception - 6 (I have nothing to put here)
Endurance - 7 I can do a half marathon, no problem. A marathon? Maybe.
Charisma - 2 Hi? *runs off*
Intellect - 10 I could recite an entire page of the dictionary, if you'd like.
Agility - 5 I'm not fast, but I sure do love running!

Well, I guess you could copy and paste the story I wrote in the OOC, then explain how to sign up, and the other details of the game.
