I'm guessing the opening for the role play area so I'm going to nominate Keeshah. So far Keeshah has been up on posts as well as having shown to have a fair amount of role play skill.

i say valerio unless you dont want to mod you are really active in the forums.

I don't suppose hearing acceptances from the nominees ( like what brent did. ) would be too much to ask.
Just to know that the position wouldn't be forced onto/be too much for them.

On a (somewhat) related note, does the RP forum even need 3 local mods?
I haven't been around any time long enough to say for myself.

the problem is that ctc was one of the mods that was inactive enough to need two more, and House has been less active as of late. One more who is fairly active wouldn't hurt.

and to Val, let me say that getting the position gives you experience. you've been caught mini-modding here. that's the one rule that breaking it kind of qualifies one for a mod position (though you should still not break it.)
I was a bit of a mini-mod before getting my job.
So if that's the only reason you don't want the position, I'd say you should go for it. If you also feel you're too busy to handle it, then turning it down may be a good idea.

Well I'm not going to mod anyone without their assent, I just don't know if any of them are currently present or not, and since no votes are lost either way (I use the approval voting system) I figure if they don't want it but I didn't hear about it, it's just simpler to beg forgiveness.

My first reaction would be to say no, it doesn't. Buckadida did it alone.

But an advantage to having 3 mod system, is you can plead your case to the three mods, and they hold a vote. instead of one mod dictating it's my way or nothing.

Another advantage of the 3 mod system, is having a mod around when you need one. (hopefully there not all regularly on at the same time of day. )

Currently it has been Dissension who i have seen patrolling the RP the most often.
So it seems, the RP section needs more active local mods.

I guess there's no harm in adding "no new mod" to the options of the poll.
