The only way I can LEGALY watch certain anime is youtube, and of course, an anime I get hooked on, starting its second season, pushes the PG-13 rating, so now I have to wait untill Im 17 to watch it.

But to be honest, considering what its about, Im surprised it wasnt ALREADY over the PG-13 rating!

Dude, its not illigle to watch things like really violent anime at an age that's under that of say, 13 for PG-13. Related note, check out Ninja Scroll because it is a lit of fun to watch.

I think you are alright to watch under parent guidence, thats what PG stands for. Tbh I don't really know and I don't really care, I don't really watch anything... all I care about is esrb.

Parental Guidance is just a recommendation for those under the age of 13, over that and its cool. I mean, when I was 13 I went to see rated R movies with my Dad, you need consent to see a rated R movie if your under 17, but if your in your own house, its not a problem at all. They aren't going to arrest you for watching "American Gangster" (I recommend this movie highly) at 14.

In all imitations of seriousness, I think I have had the fewest interactions with Diss in the past, so I have no real pinion of him other than he has avatars I always love, and seems to be a much better mod than the mods on other forums I have been to in the past, I still hate Delta.
