I'm curious what'll happen if Equestria Daily gets awarded with this. I don't think I've ever heard those guys talk about furries.

I was thinking the same thing.

an award's an award, and the UM awards all say "anthropomorphic" not furry. I'd say they'd make a quick mention if they win, otherwise no one will know they lost, but we'll know.

Well I still think they'll make the connection.

They go out of their way to not talk about furries and given the issues between Bronies and the furry fandom, I don't really blame them much.

Or perhaps it could help the relationship between the fandoms improve.
