Forcefields are secondary in defense for larger ships/biuldings,
energy shields are primary (I just has shield)

It's always been my understanding that the '*bricked*' action refers to smacking oneself with a piece of masonry.

no, it refers to some unnamed assailant throwing a brick at your head. they just say it before someone else can. it's like "i'm saying it before you: I'm being an idiot." or "I'm saying it before you: I'm a troll"

I changed to the closest approximation of what "inb4" means. I'm not even entirely sure.
and I felt it was okay considering I was only using it as an example and not actually saying it.

Inb4 is basically "In before." And yes, mostly troll use it although it could be used for anything with comedic value on the interwebs.
