Answer:

He's bolding everyone's name to distinguish normal banter from names.

-Or-

He's only bolding the moderators' names. A possible reason why is that he already types in green font, so he couldn't distinguish us that way...so, he used bold font instead. When Rick gets mentioned, Diss makes his name Red AND bold. The bold on Rick's name is probably to keep it in line with how the other names look.

I'd say it's either or. Another possible thing that could happen is that Diss will suddenly break pattern and mess my prediction up for laughs all around.

We're both wrong. Because if it's like that, then that must be where you live. Or the fact that you are in college. Where I live, 75 and above is C, 74 - 70 is a D, and 69 and below is an F. SO HAH!

100 to 85% A
to 75% B
to 65% C
to 55% D
to 0% E

At my university, and in most now I believe, we don't receive grade letters; we actually get very detailed performance papers that evaluate how well we work and how we need to improve.

My high school was very strict on grades. A's alone were 93 and above.

Teachers despise D's. It's the grade that laughs in their face saying "Haha! I just passed your class without your so called hard work and dedication! Eat that, honesty and fairness!"

Also, I believe Dissension's grading system is the most common one used in public schools in the states. (Or maybe Hawaii's just freakin' weird like that idk.)
