And it's good to see some Max and Marvin action. Haven't seen those two together since the earlier strips, I think; we generally see Marvin with Tiger. Can't wait to see Max's little scheme. After all, he was a creepy lava beast in the Imaginate, Too! arc.

This could be how Pete might get Max as an Avatar (I suspect that Pete is going to get either Bino or Max as an Avatar unless Rick wants to introduce a new Character to be it because I highly doubt that King will ever allow him self to be Petes' Avatar.) but part of me thinks its to early for his Return.

Because unless I'm not remembering correctly Kitsune said that to be an Avatar you had to agree to it willingly that's why Pete couldn't mind control King to say yes to being his Avatar.

You know, i'm no doubt reading into it too much, but give Maxwell a blanket, Grape a Broom and work with Tarot's spirit powers along with Peanut play along by pretending to be a detective , they could cause some mayhem. @_@
